I chose this place since I had a few friends here. Think twice before renting here, since your rent might skyrocket at any moment (their *software* does this, with no manual intervention). Who would pay $1848 for a non renovated home 12 mo lease (see photo)? There are many awesome communities around, such as Avant and Alexandria. Check those out.
Also, try avoid using their community hall for any functions, else be ready to get your deposit forfeited with random charges. We had an event there, and we made a mistake of leaving 2 trash bags there. Our mistake, I admit. How fun it was to see being

I have worked alongside DJ and his maintenance team as a painting vendor since 2018. He and his crew have always treated my crews and I with the utmost respect. I have been in the industry a long while and I can tell when a team cares about its tenants.
My interactions with Holly and her team in the office have all been great as well. Though I do not interact with them as frequently as I do DJ and his team, they are always willing to help with any of my needs as well.
Overall I would highly recommend Providence at Old Meridian if you want to live with and be cared for by a prompt and professional

I decided to officially move out after dealing with things such as:
-rent increased by almost 20% when my 1 bedroom wasn't newly renovated
-constantly found nails/torn carpet in stairwells, side walks and parking lot after apartments were renovated
-maintenance coming into my apartment without permission. I walked in and they had blocked off my dog in my bedroom with my bar stools when I asked them not to come in since I did not have a cage for my dog
-nuisance charges like rental insurance and late fees that had to be taken off because they were charged by mistake
