Very detailed. He was honest on what needs attention first. He didn't leave a floor, corner or wall untouched. His recommendations were on point. His details on inspection report came with pics to help me as an owner. He even took time to talk on phone to explain inspection. I highly recommend him for an inspection. Worth the cost.

Randy was an excellent choice for a home inspector. He was very thorough with his inspection and made you feel at ease with his explanations on what he finds. The seller had very strict timeline requirements and Randy was able to do our inspection the day after reaching out to him and he had the report completed within 2 days to meet our deadlines. The report was very detailed and he didn't leave any stone unturned, saving us tons of money and potential repairs. I would highly recommend Randall's Home Inspection if you are looking to buy a house.
