The only problem I have here is the fact it's not a non smoking apartment complex. I live on the third floor and on the first and second floor beneath me I have smokers who continue to smoke on their patios while it just pours into my apartment windows. It stinks up my apartment so opening the windows isn't really a option for me. The Heights needs to make this complex non smoking! ðŸš

Really disappointed to find out, after nearly a week of waiting, that my husband and I would be denied purely from the fact that we have no rental history except through private renters. This isn't a federally protected reason to deny a tenant either... But what can you do? Things are difficult enough as it is in this world for people to try and get into a better situation without unnecessary rules that make it harder. Do you know the kind of people that won't have rental history? Students fresh out of college, homeless people, homeless Veterans, people being discharged from the military, and so

This is the worst place I've ever lived in my entire life the welcome of the management is they always leaving violations on your door every month for petty things I've been harassed since day one here I recommend nobody living here this is a very unsatisfied resident and I am not the only one the management is horrible!

I've lived here for the last 3 years and it has been a really nice experience as someone who doesn't like big hotel-style complexes with tons of people bustling around in busy city centers. If you want a fairly quiet place to live that isn't crowded and has some great perks, this is a solid choice.
PROS:
-Plenty of space in the living room and bedrooms, 3rd floor vaulted ceilings also spacious
-AC, heat and fireplace work great
-Mountain views are gorgeous, very close to Red Rocks
-Maintenance has been timely and helpful whenever asked. Respectful of social distancing.
-Close to public transport

I've lived here for 3 to 4 years and there's a comment on here that mentions the man named Jesse is maintenance man and it talks very bad about him I have never had any of those problems and I don't believe that this person is telling truth as when I have met Jesse and been around Jesse he has been nothing but amazing and very kind and courteous and polite and very professional he even helped me when I was first moving in because I have lots of heavy stuff I could not carry myself and he carried for me very sweet guy indeed I would give that man 5 extra Stars if I could... The other maintenance

Absolutely great place to live. From the beginning and currently. Maintenance has always been more than helpful especially Max. Any issues are addressed immediately. Ladies in the leasing office have always been helpful,understanding and pleasant. I am so thankful i found this unit and all i was looking for and needed in a home. Plan to be a long term tenant and would recommend to anyone. Nice to call it my home! Thank you to all the employees for all you do. It's Greatly appreciated and makes for a comfortable living situation

Just moved in here, the office staff has been more than helpful with any of my needs and are always very nice when I go into the office. I love that there is a gym with hot tub and pool here! Very important for me to have those amenities! The maintenance staff is very nice as well and also get the work order finished properly in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this apartment complex if you are in need of a new place. Great location close to 285 and perfect distance for shopping only 10min or less away! Many schools around if you have children as well!
