Jane Schaeffer and the Yoga Place teachers are available for group classes at your organization or company site, or for private lessons upon request. The Yoga Place, located in the verdant Green Mountain foothills of Southern Vermont, is a beautiful, light, airy and spacious environment dedicated to yoga and other spiritual practices that are life-giving and connecting for body, mind and spirit.

YOGA is an ancient system of practices originating in India over 5000 years ago. YOGA is aimed at integrating mind, body and spirit to enhance health and wellbeing. The ultimate aim of YOGA is to achieve a state of balance and harmony between mind and body, moving away from anxiety and turmoil toward peace and stillness.
Free Pilates classes offered every Friday from 9-10 am. Both classes are taught by Kfir Kol, a Yoga and Pilates teacher based in North Bennington, Vermont and Tel-Aviv, Israel. Kfir studied Vijnana yoga for three years in Israel with Orit Sen-Gupta. This practice focuses on stillness and spaciousness explored in Sen-Gupta's book, Dancing the Body of Light.

"Free yoga classes offered every Tuesday from 11-12:15 pm and free Pilates classes offered every Friday from 9-10 am at the yoga studio on Main Street in Bennington. Both classes are taught by my partner, Kfir Kol, a yoga and Pilates teacher based in North Bennington, Vermont and Tel-Aviv, Israel. Kfir studied Vignana yoga for three years in Israel. He has been teaching mat and reformer Pilates for over 15 years and he continues to train with his teacher who is a former Batsheva dancer in Jerusalem. When he's in Israel, Kfir teaches yoga and Pilates at studios in both Tel-Aviv and Jerusalem and
