I've only lived here about one month but I've been very happy with my experience so far. The units are nice and the staff at the front desk has always been very friendly. I had an issue where the a/c unit wasn't working correctly I put a maintenance request in and the issue was resolved within 24 hours which I was very happy about. Overall I would definitely recommend this complex.

I've been at The Standard for just under a year and I gladly renewed my lease recently. This is a great aparment complex. The pool and gym are always clean and the grounds are well maintained. Staff is friendly and attentive. I've only had one maintenance issue in my place and it was fixed in less than 24 hours.
For what it's worth...I'm confused by the negative comments regarding paper thin walls. I've been having a much different experience. For the most part, it's very quiet and my electric bill is very low so the walls must be insulated well.
I highly recommend The Standard at Leander Station

The Standard at Leander Station has been a great home since last summer. The process and move in were fast and friendly. Desirae and her team, especially Austin, were courteous, professional and awesome to deal with. The maintenance staff keeps the property in excellent condition and are always quick to handle maintenance issues, which by my experience, has only been one. The gym is nice and functional and parking is never an issue. The apartment itself is beautiful, quiet and cozy and I appreciate how close it is to the highway and amenities. I would highly recommend living here as they cater

Have lived here for over a year and it is amazing. Very pet friendly. Desirae and Sharon are both absolutely amazing. The maintenance staff is awesome and has always fixed any issues in less than 24 hours. If you are looking for an apartment, I would highly recommend this property.

I’ve been here for a year and am signing a lease for another year. I’ve been so impressed with the staff, primarily the new management team. Desiree is amazing! They’ve all been very responsive and quick to take care of things. The grounds are well kept and clean, and maintenance is wonderful! The units themselves are spacious, modern, and well priced. Definitely rent well spent!!
