Overall great experience with this place! Maintenance is pretty shotty and slow and building cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. But if you don't mind the occasional 16 year old peeling off in his modified Dodge Ram that he got as a graduation gift, this place is actually extremely peaceful. I made a lot of great memories here and was sad to leave. Away from the city but not too far away, never did I feel that I couldn't be myself while living here. The price was amazing and I may honestly return if I see improvements with maintenance in the future.

Nice property with good floorplans and garages. Located away from the busy-ness of Austin & Cedar Park, but still close enough for daily commuting. In the office, Angela and Taylor were professional and thorough. I ultimately decided to rent a house because I have a big dog and she needs a yard. But would have rented here, otherwise.

Absolutely beautiful and quaint property! They do not feel like your standard apartments. Very welcoming, responsive, and fun property staff both in the office and for the maintenance team. Extremely fair pricing for the up and coming city that Leander is. From what I hear, it will be in close proximity to the "new Domain" being built with shopping, restaurants, and other activities. I can't wait to move in, it will be a great place for entertaining friends and family.

I lived here for 2 years it was ok..but when i moved out thats when the problems start. When i left i had no balance no NOTHING. They sent me a statement saying i owe them money for a light bill. I put the lights back in they name when i left. I left Texas early. So thats common sense. But the funny part they send me a statement but still have not send my refund.

This is the nicest apartment that I have lived in during my time in the Austin area. The staff is so friendly and responsive, and the community is great. It's nice to live in a place where people wave to each other and stop and chat (especially in the COVID era). I love that the complex is so pet friendly, there are dogs everywhere and it brings so much joy to see them playing. The owners are respectful and take care to ensure we still maintain a clean environment.
The only downside to living here is the lack of recycling. The valet trash is great and very convenient, but my conscience won't allow

My family of 4 just moved in six days ago. We called ahead and was told that they didn’t change the carpet because the prior tentant took care of it. They assured me that it was cleaned! Upon moving in we noticed the carpet had visible stains and cigarette burns. Thankfully we have our own commercial grade carpet cleaner and had to shampoo the carpet twice. We got apologies and that was about it!
There is only one clothes bar to hang my clothes on in the master closet...six days after maintenance service request was placed in.... no one has come to address that either. My clothes are still in

I love these apartments. I've lived in several apartments and have never been this satisfied. For the most part, the staff is super nice and helpful. Every month they do something fun for the residents in the front office. I've had some maintenance issues and they are usually taken care of in a timely manner. My building has been relatively quiet despite some other reviews I've seen on here.
The issues I've had have been minor, and even if they were major they were usually handled politely and promptly. There's issues at every apartment complex and I honestly don't find the issues I've had worth

My daughters and I moved here in June and absolutely love living here. It's all the extra little things that speak to us. The community treats, the hand written note upon move in, the phone call to let me know I had a package waiting.
As for the noise our building is fairly quiet. We can hear footsteps upstairs, the neighbors dog every once in a while and young children in the halls every now and then. But that is rare to hear and really just a part of living in an apartment.

Rudest management staff ever. Liberty is sweet and has been helpful and has excellent customer service skills. However, the printer has been broken since we’ve moved in in November. We were told to go to the library to print. Why would I leave my apartment complex to drive to the library when my apartments are supposed to have an office for us to do this? We’ve been told “um I don’t know” as a response to when maintenance would come. Seriously need to fix the attitudes and make it a welcoming and fun place to live. I hope they see these reviews and realize they need to fix their attitudes

The staff at 22 North is truly amazing. Kendra and Giselle went above and beyond to accommodate my boyfriend and I as we toured the community. The community is top of the line. The pool is so relaxing and the gym is full of new equipment. It is much better than other apartment gyms. I cannot say enough about how much I loved this property!
