Hallways are dirty, some elevators look like they hasn't been cleaned in a month. No one is ever at the office or it's never open when it says it's supposed to be open. Pool is rarely cleaned during spring and summer.The gate never closes. Not even past 10pm, don't know why we have it. I do understand due to covid-19 that the office amenities won't be open. Such as the gym, computer room, restrooms and the activity hall. Hopefully after covid and this horrible winter storm things start improving at Merritt Legacy. Hope for the best.

I moved in Dec 13th of 2019 & I started seeing roaches Dec 15th and and continued to see them up until the day I moved which was November 31st 2020 ! The apartment it self was very nice but it’s way too many people inside of each building and it’s clear that some people are trifling. They need to tear each building down and rebuild it and get the nasty tenants out of the buildings. They also had a bug company come out every Friday to spray . I lived in building 7 & it was multiple people in my building and building 9 who complained . So if you ever move in apartment #7304 in building 7 just

There’s not enough words I can express how much I love living here and this month marks 3 years now! All the staff are incredibly friendly, Tara and Michelle are amazing and a huge part of the reason I moved here because they made me feel welcomed and safe. The apartments are clean, very cute, all updated, spacious and it’s very peaceful around here. My son has made a lot of friends here, which is an added plus and he loves the staff too. The indoor hallways and cameras are the icing on the cake. Also, I love the lake just outside our gates to walk around and even easily walk to the public

Pleasantly outfitted apartments for what unfortunately counts as a reasonable rate in this area. The rooms themselves are quite nice, though there are a few signs of rapid construction without enough quality control. The hallways echo a lot, though, and are not air conditioned - expect a slightly higher utility bill because of it.
