This Apartment is a Scam. They didn’t return my reservation deposit amount. They told that the reservation deposit will be returned even if I am not able to sign the lease before moving in. New applicants who are trying to sign the lease, Please don’t do it. They will scam you. Worst apartments I have seen in my whole life.

Don’t move here. They are ridiculously slow at responding to maintenance requests. Office personnel or property manager will not follow up in a timely fashion. No compensation will be offered to you as a resident. It did not start off this way when I first moved in. However, the service has declined. Been a resident since 2018.

When we looked for apartments with my husband’s needs, he needs an ADA apartment. A few years ago he became disabled and uses a mobility scooter to get around. So many apartment staff and managers tried to switch us to an apartment with stairs. This is after they verified they had ADA apartment available.
Dawn Riecher, Regional Manager of Beztak personally checked all Beztak properties to find me us ADA apartment for us. No one else did in the entire area. Farmington Oaks Apartment is set back from Farmington road in a grove of old Oak trees. It is a place that you drive by and not see with

So far this place is just a scam. Heat was left on for me to pay for before I was even able to move in, chunks of drywall missing from the wall. Nothing is new except the carpet. Flooring is coming up in bathroom. Balcony is rotting with termites or carpenter bees. Hair everywhere from last tenets. Floor plan is different from advertised. I scheduled an appointment to see the apartment only to be told it's not ready. Staff is not very kind on the phone or helpful what so ever.

Being disabled and using a mobility scooter we moved into Farmington Oaks into one of the ADA apartments. Jacquelyn was an amazing at arranging our move in. We have met very friendly neighbors and everyone has been so nice and helpful. Many residents open the door for me to assist me with my mobility scooter entering and leaving.
Farming Oaks Apartments are in old growth Oak trees and back up to a small forest. there are paved walking or in my case scooter driving trails around the Apartment Complex. Driving in the entrance you almost miss the Apartment building since it is set back from the road

Our kitchen at Farmington Oaks apartments has been remodeled as promised! New custom, solid wood maple cabinets with designer handles; elegant white Quartz countertop with under the countertop sink; modern tall neck, one handle faucet (so easy to fill a deep pot or pitcher without moving faucet spout out of the way) new white GE stove with an over the stove microwave, and new touch control dishwasher with stainless steel inside. Kitchen has ceiling overhead track lighting, providing the kitchen with nicely illumination with no dark areas.

I lived in Farmington Oaks from April 2018- April 2019. I was extremely disappointed with the complex for the following reasons:
- The common areas regularly have trash piled up in them for days at a time (pictures: trash bags stacked near elevator, toilet support and other furniture left in common area, clothes piled on common table, trash bags piled up in trash compactor room, shopping cart under main stairs, shopping cart in common area)
- The elevator is unsafe at best, out of order relatively often (pictures: elevator with mechanic door wide open)
- If the power ever goes out, make sure
