For your convenience, printable floor plans are available in PDF format and can be found on each floor plan card after selecting the desired apartment size. Any unit denoted as "ADA" is compliant to the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and may offer features different from other apartment homes within the community.

Absolutely disgusted. For the amount of money I am paying for rent not only is the apartment old, moldy, pest ridden, and sloppily put together, but also not responsive to maintenance requests. Some of the neighbors will leave their trash outside their patio door for weeks on end and looks like their pets have drawn fleas into the apartment building. Those fleas have now spread across the whole apartment and I have been noticing some inside my unit as well. Several maintenance requests were put in, but have been overlooked as it doesn't qualify as an "emergency." Fleas can carry and transmit numerous

I have had a maintenance request in for 10+ days because my patio door handle has ripped off. No response yet.
This place has issue after issue and they say nothing is wrong or they fixed it when they don’t.
I would not recommend living here and I am pretty laid back and have rented 4 apartments in the last 4 years. This by far for the price is definitely the worst.
Today my issues in the apartment
1.heat does not heat
2. Patio door no handle
3. Water + mold under the sink and washing machine
4. Bathroom door off it’s hinge
5. Sink does not stop water after its shut off
6. Bathtub

It's been an experience to say the Least!. I've gone without a working toilet for a few days, just think the pipes are really old and too small. I've put in multiple maintenance request and still waiting for them to all be fulfilled. The atmosphere seems nice but all the trees invites all the little bugs. Believe the washer and dryer is an old model that doesn't function too great. It's A LOT of money for a newly divorced single mom like myself but it's a roof over my son's and My head. I dont know if I'll renew once lease time rolls around.

I lived here for 14 months in an updated one bed, one bath unit. It's not a bad place to live if you're looking for something stable and safe. Get a second floor unit if you can, especially if you're working remotely. Here's some high level pros and cons that I wish I would've known about lol:
Pros:
1. Lots of light! The only area that didn't have a central light was the living room, but there was a big sliding patio door that let lots of natural light in.
2. Pricing transparency. They didn't blindside me with anything.

Shame I have to give one star. I'd prefer zero. The door to our building has needed repair for 3 months. The ceiling inside our building has a hole from a water leak and has gone unrepaired for 2 months. When I inquired about these things being fixed, I was met with hostility and anger by the office staff. The pool is almost never open, so don't bother thinking that is a bonus to living in this community. According to a strongly worded letter sent out multiple times between spring and summer, they allow only 3 plants on your balcony as a general rule and will fine residents for violating that rule

The flippant and callous attitudes of office staff is quite infuriating, considering as renters we pay their salaries. It's truly frustrating having them never answer phone calls unless you are new applicants. The staff could at least try to call tenants back. The maintenance staff does what they can, but never actually fix things. The pool is lovely to look at, but since the office staff doesn't unlock it during it's stated hours, and then lock the office doors at random times, and won't answer the phones, you never get to use it, unless another tenant happened to track down a staff member before

I called to inquire about available apartments. I was put on hold for nine minutes, then the phone rang and no one answered. I called back only to be informed that my hold time would be ten minutes. I went on their website to use their "contact us screen," which would not take any input and instead just kept refreshing the page.
Clearly, this is a business that does not have its act together.

They took $300 away from me in a matter of minutes me and my partner applied for an apartment he had a civil infraction from a few years ago on his record and they denied us for that. The people in the office could have been more informative and let us know that something like this would cause a denial how many people do they do this to how many people do they rip off and take their money so be aware the $300 is non-refundable but I did not think we would be denied

Perform reccomended preventative maintenance on the Heating and A/C units. The fins on the remote condensing units should be cleaned every Spring. They have not been cleaned in several years and are clogged causing the A/C to run longer than neccesary to cool the units. This increases the DTE bill which the residents pay. The fans on the furnace units have not been cleaned in many years (should be cleaned every 5 years.). They are greasy and dirty. This causes impure air to be blown into the apartment. I also decreases the amount of air being sent into the apartment. This also causes the units

Good location and nice grounds. The few problems I had were taken care of. The only complaint I have is I wish we had reserved parking spaces, but not a big deal!
