Hi, I am a NYC based personal trainer specializing in making women's (and the willing men's) glutes round and strong. Big transition! Yes. I wish I could share an inspirational story of why I suddenly decided to take a leap of faith. But really it just hit me during my one-month vacation in Hawaii that I need to live doing what actually makes me happy and fulfilled.
I prepare a program based on your specific goals (ex: aesthetic/strength/sports-specific), availability (ex: 1x/week vs 3x/week), current level of strength and preferences. If we train at a private boutique gym in NYC, they'll charge you anywhere from $30-$35 fee per hour.

I came across Jamie whilst looking for a personal trainer since I had zero weight training experience at the time. I was very interested in learning how to lift weights, proper form, and guidance on what would work best for my goals. I trained with her for a bit over 12 weeks in total and have become attached to her kind and motivating personality. Jaime was so fantastic! She got me started when I was really out of shape and was so patient and not overwhelming at all. I am an incredibly lazy client. Add to it I have a back issue that flares up from time to time interrupting my motivation and sometimes my training session flows. Jamie has been super patient and motivating through it all. Despite myself, she's managed to keep me on schedule and has shown me measurable results in what I achieve with her. I was casually talking to a friend about my struggles to stay motivated to exercise during Covid and was referred to Jamie’s group class. Haven’t exercised for months, I had no idea what to expect. I was relieved to find that Jamie was quick to point out and help correct my posture throughout the workout sessions and help provided modifications when I struggled with certain exercises. Where do I start? Jamie is the best. I started off quarantine really motivated to stay fit at home, but that dwindled out quickly. I have to say that now working out 3x a week through her strength training programs and eating to match the work I’m doing has made such a world of difference in my body, my mental health, and overall how I feel on a day to day basis. The online platform she uses is very user-friendly and having her give real-time feedback is extremely helpful.
