I had an issue in my apartment that I needed help with, and had some questions and concerns to go over.
A’drica T. our manager was very patient, polite, and very instrumental in turning a negative situation into a very positive one! That’s all that really matters in my book, does the management team care about its residents when problems arise, and do they have effective management to help solve the issue at hand.

I reported crime multiple times to the office manager and police. I ended up with three bullet holes in my wall when no action was taken and the same kids shot up the parking lot. We helped the detectives find them and I moved out. They were gracious enough to terminate the lease, but now they send me a bill after many months of no contact and after sending me a check because I had a positive balance. Crazy. Complacent. And downright fraudulent. Do not recommend

If I could rate 0 I would. This place is extremely unorganized. I went in and was given the wrong information about the apartment I was applying for. Then days after when I was approved I was trying to set up PSE account and I was given the wrong address about 2 more times, I was given the wrong prorated rent twice as well. Then when it was moving day I went to the apartment after work at night and when I got there I checked everything first and the washing machine was not working, there was no water coming out in the bathroom, the lights from the kitchen would turn on then suddenly turn off, apartment

Jesse (our maintenance guy) was great, as always. We are very disappointed in the washer-dryer unit in our apartment. It is apparently unable to dry anything but small/easy loads in one session. Jesse did what he could, but is handicapped by the poor quality of the unit. I would strongly suggest spending a bit more to put better appliances in.

If you’re in between purchasing a house or simply want to live in a space that has washer and dryers in the unit. Then this may be the place for you. My family and I love the convenience of the near by stores and being able to walk to the $1 store 🙂. Staff is friendly, we’ve had no issues with Thrive Management.

The managers Stephanie and Edith are amazingly helpful and Super down to earth people! I have nothing but good things to say about THEM! even the maintenance super, Jesse Hernandez goes above and beyond to try and make living here more pleasant!
