New members have a no-risk 30-day guarantee. As a first-time member of the CDSF family who has not previously had a CDSF membership or participated in a CDSF program, you may terminate your agreement and receive a complete refund within 30 days of your first class or semi-private session.

All sessions will be performed with a max of 1:4 coach:athlete ratio to ensure safety and proper coaching.

You'll begin with a full 1-hour assessment and strategy session, during which we'll assess your mobility and movement patterns, identify risk factors, discuss your training history, injury history, and goals.

It took a little convincing for my son and daughter to try out Capital District Sport and Fitness. Once they did, they were both hooked. Both Mike and Dan have created wonderful relationships with both Luke and Lily. They both look forward to going to their sessions. They enjoy workouts that are created especially for them. They enjoy the great facility as well as the personal guidance as they learn new exercises. The changes that we have seen in both of our kids are all positive. I have had over one hundred workouts with CDSF over the last two years, on a regular basis. The staff is very competent and knowledgeable. They have taken on all the necessary precautions to ensure everyone's safety during COVID. Dan is my personal trainer, and he knows just which exercises and movements are age-appropriate and necessary from week to week to maintain my flexibility and strength. I owe my fitness to his wise guidance during the epidemic when many other resources were limited. I say this with authority as a 74-year old retired surgeon. I unequivocally endorse CDSF.
