Services
Parking is first come, first served. Each apartment is allotted for 2 vehicles on our off street parking lot. We require that all vehicles parked on the property have current inspection and registration. All residents must keep their vehicle information up-to-date with the Leasing Center. Guest vehicles are welcome, however, we ask that all visitors park away from the buildings, allowing our residents closer parking options.

Customer Service is subpar due to poor communication practice. Scheduled to view this property on Sept. 1 and paid my deposit 2 weeks before viewing and moving in. I arrived and was told person showing the property was out and they don’t do viewing in the rain. Assistant property manager was not solution oriented and was very short in her responses with me. Asked for a return in my deposit will view other apartments in the area.

UPDATE AFTER RESOLVED ISSUE
OVERALL: My overall experience has been pleasant & no major problems besides one issue. Would recommend.
MAINTENANCE ISSUE: My maintenance experience is generally good but my washer was broken for a month & a half. They came to fix the day after I reported it - FAST response - but the fix didnt work. I followed up & response time slowed. They reassessed the washer after about 2 weeks & said I might get a new one - then I didnt hear anything & got no response when I reached out.
This week, Maxine followed up with me via phone and email apologizing profusely for their

I have been living here for about 3 years and noticed that the maintenance team doesn't care about their residents. I have been this leak where my carpet is wet and I have to walk on the wet carpet I have called them and no one showed up and this is the third time that happens in a year. I have been living in this apartment complex for seven years. The apartment is spacious. The neighborhood is quite, clean and pleasant. Complaints are promptly addressed, and maintenance services are good. The management staff are really excellent —: l am saying this because of my unique experience last year as I explain below.
Back in October 2020, I fainted in my apartment. My sister in Ottawa realized that something is wrong when I did not answer her repeated phone calls. She contacted apartment management who immediately checked my unit. The staff found me lying on the floor unconscious

This place is nice! They are currently under new management and they did the right thing for the better, I have been a resident here for almost 4 years and a lot has changed starting with the staff, they are very nice they all have positive attitudes as soon as you walk in the door. These apartments also have a laundry unit inside the apartment with a nice walk in closet! nice and cozy community.
