My wife and I recently moved out of the Flats after a 2 year stay. I have nothing but positive things to say about our time there. Their team was always there to help with any requests we had and they make everyone feel like part of a small community with fun and thoughtful activities they put together. The amenities are great and this is the place for any dog loving owner. A special shout out to Shea, Dave and the rest of the team for giving us a great place to live for this part of our lives.

I love living at The Flats! I have a background in leasing/property management and currently work in the real estate field so I feel like I have a pretty good grasp on customer service and how the leasing market works. I have been thrilled with the management and all I have are rave reviews for Dave and the maintenance team. Everyone I have communicated/interacted with has been kind, timely on their responses and work hard to help with any questions or concerns. Rent is fair market value - FYI the average rent in the Twin Cities is $1250 for 600 sqft or less, with no free parking and no guarantee

When I left these apartments I was charged for numerous things that I was told would not be an issue. Small dent in floor that i asked about during move in inspection and was assured it was not a problem. They kept my entire deposit over one small scratch on the wall and previous very minor damage that was there when I moved in. This place is terrible. I was also paying 1800 for a one bedroom apartment. Not worth it

Absolutely a horrible experience being a tenant at the Flats. Overpriced and horribly managed. Upon move-in all the people are very nice but once you are an actual tenant they don't seem to care. The trash room is disgusting the elevators are always filthy and the parking is completely horrendous.

My husband and I have lived at the Flats for two years now and absolutely love it. The staff have always been friendly and helpful if anything goes wrong in our apartment. The daily cleaning staff do a wonderful job making sure the building is clean and well maintained. We have used the party room several times and our guests always comment on how nice the common areas are.

The flats is a great place to live if you're willing to spend a little more for the apartment! Management is very responsive and helpful. The front desk people are always friendly and willing to assist. Whoever wrote a negative review regarding Coral is out of their gourd-she's one of the most friendly and customer service oriented people I've ever met! Maintenance requests are prompt. The head maintenance guy Dave is super friendly and always had dog treats on his little cart. The building is kept very clean inside and out. All new appliances, granite counter tops. I would recommend living here to anyone. From the delightful staff and handy maintenance team to the beautiful common areas that are so well kept, friendly neighbors and the pool deck... I have absolutely loved living here! The apartment homes are designed well and I love the furnishings so much. I have lived here for almost two years now and plan on renewing when the time comes!

I lived in this property for one long year. One lady in the office was very nice, I believe she's the youngest on the staff and, the most professional. Prior to moving to the Flats I was a homeowner but, I thought the place appeared to be a high end apartment, it was everything but a high end. The noise level, and children running down the hall. If you'd complain the manager Lera would apprise you that should contact her directly as though she's scolding you. The appliances were cheap but, they give the appearance of being high end. We finally decided to move out while waiting for a job transfer

My mother and step-father just moved into this complex a week ago and I helped move them in and get things set-up for them. This establishment is rather new so everything is well kept and modern. They have very nice common areas, lounges and party room that tenants can reserve. Inside the game room, they have an old-style shuffleboard to play. There is an outdoor pool that is out front raised high so you look down at the intersection but the cars can't see the pool or people. They seem to have someone there at a service window to answer questions or provide assistance if needed. I believe

During my business career I have lived in many apartments. Even so, I have never experienced anything better than The Flats at Cedar Grove. Their standards are high and as a result, the quality of living is exceptional. Totally modern with an amazing layout and beautiful furniture and fixtures, the Flats provide the ultimate in comfortable living. Cleanliness is beyond reproach, security is great, and the entire staff exhibits a "servant" attitude with their residents. Thanks for my time at the Flats; it has made my stay in the Minneapolis area exceed my expectations!

I recently moved here after viewing multiple buildings and I couldn't be happier. I've been told I have "high standards" but they've met all of mine so far. I would describe the interior as modern along with luxurious. I appreciate the layout of my unit as I feel the builders utilized the space efficiently. However I would say the best part about this place is the management at the leasing office. They were extremely helpful from start to finish making me feel more than welcomed along with prepared for my move. They've gone above and beyond to make sure my unit is up to par which I couldn't appreciate
