Great location next to Westgate. The complex has a lot of potential, but there are some major cleanliness issues in my opinion. First, the hallway floor is absolutely disgusting dirty. We moved in on July 5, and were told it was a project being done by an outside vendor, and that buildings 1&2 were already done. It’s been almost a month and building 4 has not been touched. I’m embarrassed to have company over at this point. They have valet trash which is a great idea, but they don’t come every day and they don’t pick up everything, so the halls get stinky and the garbage corrals become

Poor maintenance and really expensive lease renewal - I understand that the housing market in the Phoenix metro area is increasing rents everywhere, but I received my lease renewal with an increase of $300 over my current rent. That is really making me consider moving out. Also, I am once again having A/C issues, which the whole unit was replaced last year. I was told yesterday (8/11) that the A/C company would be out to fix it today, and that they would be at my apartment between 9:00 am - 10 am. As a result, I took the day off work because I don't want an unknown company entering my apartment

I’ve been living here for a little over a year and still going. As far as rental prices go they are on the high end; however, the area is really what you are paying for.
It’s unfortunate that every time I call I almost always get the message machine. Sometimes I would like to speak to someone instead of always submitting a request online. Their online platform is easy to use and is helpful for submitting maintenance requests and see rent payment breakdown. When it comes to maintenance their team is friendly and attentive, however I would appreciate a card of a summary of what was done or something

We have been living here for almost a year now. In our time here we don't have any major complaints. They have been updating areas, repainting, and making the overall appearance much better. Love the easy access to the pool, gym, and grills. The only issue we have is that our upstairs neighbor is extremely noisy. The staff is always friendly and constantly putting on events such as Pastry Monday (my fav). Overall, enjoyed living here & was a great choice especially being so close to Westgate!

Don't move here. 5 year resident. A new management company took over and completely turned this place on his head. There has been a constant construction since March, there were people on my balcony that were hired by the complex without notice. Their maintenance has taken over one repair to get it right in every single instance. There is not enough parking and they do not enforce the reserved spots. There are large sharp rocks that are dangerous for elderly and children to be around especially at night. I had to help a bleeding old lady at 2 a.m. screaming for help because she tripped. They

Moved to town a few months ago to take a job. Reviews for this place were mixed but passable, and I wanted a place near my job. Never imagined a place could be this bad.
The primary problem here is noise. And I'm not the only one to mention noise in reviews.
Whatever concrete separates you from your upstairs neighbors is a joke. If there are people above you, you are going to hear every step they take.
There is a child in the unit above me, and the child runs around constantly
