Was interested in renting here but that will not be possible. I'm giving this place 2 stars because it looked half way decent compared to the rest of the older apartment communities in El Paso. However, they refused my money when I offered to pay a full 6 month or 12 month contract in advance in lieu of employment. I explained that my wife and I were returning from spending 2 years in Mexico where we worked as college language instructors.

We lived here for 3 years, it was our first home and we are a bit sad to go. It’s a quiet community, dog friendly, and the girls at the leasing office were always so kind as was the maintenance team. If we ever have to rent an apartment for any reason in the future, we’d come back! If I could change one thing, I would add a playground for the kiddos!

LIIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!! We were locked out of our apartment are were told to deal with it ourselves!!! 100 degrees middle of of the day, they did not care. Not to mention the many times the staff has been rude and unprofessional, our lease is almost over and we could not be happier. The apartments are nice but the workers are the worst I have ever encounter and this is not based one once or twice this is every single time you talk to them with the exception of them selling you the lease of course! I cant wait to leave

UPDATE: Management has really turned around. Gabbi was super helpful to work with about my concerns upon move out. I didn't end up receiving an additional return for the over charge on cleaning. They were going to but my initial check got lost, so I said never mind and just get my original deposit to me. Now I'm receiving additional help because a company used this address for a package when I had updated that information on their website. I'm not even a resident anymore, but they are still attempting to help me get this package found! This apartment complex is great, and in a convenient location

I have been living in Las Torres Apartments for 5 years now. It’s an amazing community. The property is beautiful, I always feel safe, comfortable and welcomed by everyone in this area. Maintenance does an amazing job with all of the service requests, and the office staff has always been very nice to me, helpful and informative. I don’t see myself moving anytime soon because I absolutely love it here. I’ve lived in other apartment complexes and with my experience I must say that their attention to cleanliness, their professional demeanor, and customer service is top notch. I highly recommend

Las Torres Apartments is one of the worst apartment complexes I've ever lived at. The management does not respond to calls or inquiries. Crystal, the front desk manager is rude and dismissive toward their residents. Maintenance does not respond to requests and there is a constant need for repairs. I would never renew my lease in this apartment and DO NOT recommend it to anyone seeking an apartment. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

Did not have any problems. Great service. Friendly staff. Loved that they had 2 pools so if one was crowded you can go to the other. And the free cookies and coffee we're always great in the front. Never had issues with neighbors. Best part never had issue with mail unlike other apartments I've lived at. Always got told if I had a package up front immediately. Good place to live. And they respected our privacy. I had dogs and they would give us a for warning before so I could put them in the room if I knew they were stopping by for services or repairs.

So far so good, I moved in recently. The staff is great, a trooper lives here so if anything happens you have someone that can respond immediately, lots of amenities and I love how the pool is heated. The price isn't crazy expensive, especially because I have wood floors and granite counter tops, plus it's dog friendly and has in unit laundry. Tell me if you can find another apartment with all those features. It's in a great location and if you work on East Bliss like me the commute is not far at all. Nice apartments, nice community, and respectable staff. BUT just make sure that these apartments are your final choice. If they are not then do not expect any deposits or fees to be returned to you. My husband and I paid 235$ for them to just be able To maybe hold an apartment for us. We applied in February and do not move in until mid June. Not only is there just 65$ for the application fee but another 75$ for "administrative fees" and then another 100$ for another what's considered an "application deposit". They did not explain it clearly enough that we would not get
