Today was my third time visiting this bakery for their almond croissant and not to my surprise they didn’t have it and we’re sold out. I don’t understand why they have to keep their business hours til 3 when they run out of most of the pastries by noon. I ended up settling for their Mario berry croissant which was good but the “chai latte “ that I got with tasted like Luke warm skimmed milk with cinnamon and ginger and no tea taste, flavor, or color. I had high expectations for this place, not anymore.

We came there at 8 am when it opened and there was already quite a long line which was very promising. When we made it inside it looked great with an amazing atmosphere and all the workers were very kind and helpful. I got a whole wheat loaf of bread and a cinnamon roll ...10/10 Soooooo good. Best bakery in town, no hyperbole.

I trekked all the way to Bakery Honore in North Seattle in search of the best Kouign Amann in Seattle. The place has an old-world charm reminiscent of an era bygone but I was surprised to learn that they only have Kouign Amanns on the weekend. I could not leave empty handed so I ordered a classic butter croissant and a Marionberry croissant. Selection was somewhat limited by early afternoon so arrive early if you can. The butter croissant was nice and puffy with a golden colour but I would have preferred a crunchier shell. The Marionberry croissant was delightful with a soft, springy interior and

Bought a slice of cake for 16 dollars!! I had to ask twice to make sure they didn’t over charge me. It was subpar and definitely not worth it. I’ve ordered other things that were good, but will not be coming back. If you think this is the best French bakery in Seattle, you definitely haven’t gone to the right places.

Their croissants are huge, and just by holding one in my hand I already feel good about it, it feels hard but not heavy. The crust has crispy texture that almost unlike a croissant (more like deep fried taxture), but the crunch sound that comes with every bite still gives me so much joy. I do hope there is just a little bit more air and flavor inside this nice shell.
The space is quaint, a little cluttered, and gives a hearty traditional bakery vibe.

So good! Hands-down the best French pastry and baked good shop in Seattle.
You walk in and feel like you’re in France. Take a bite of any of their pastries, desserts or sandwiches and OMG!! I didn’t know that food could be that tasty!! 😭🤩 The croissant dough is so perfectly flaky and crunchy on the outside yet fluffy and distinctly layered on the inside. My personal faves are the kouign-aman, twice-baked almond croissant, cherry pinwheel and egg and bacon pastry (sorry! I forget the name lol). Just tried a croque monsieur sandwich today and that was also de-lish! And the people seal

Update: writing another review because i love this bakery so much. I tried one of their artisan loaves today, a honey whole wheat. I am not usually a fan of whole wheat, but Honore’s was soft, fluffy, and a hint of sweet with the honey. I ate two slices plain because the flavor was that good. Also tried their traditional cheesecake, and i could see what i guess were flecks of vanilla bean on the cake and the whipped cream, and the crust was caramelized. Absolutely dreamy. It’s incredible how you can taste the care of the bakers in the pastries.
Such a treat and an adventure every time i walk

The pastries here are delicious and fresh! We had a hard time choosing so we grabbed a few things. The fruit was fresh, tart and juicy, and the crust on the raspberry tart was so light and crisp that it perfectly paired with the sweet cream and raspberries. I'm looking forward to trying the rich chocolate items! We also got some crostini that are gorgeous and will make a lovely snack or addition to lunch. So happy to have this place in our neighborhood! Charming decor and great music, too. I got a matcha latte that is delicious, but I look forward to trying their coffee and savory pastries next

We have lived in the neighborhood for over a year and just found this place-- what a gem. Staff was incredibly kind and patient with us as they talked us through all of their offerings. We ordered the caramelized onion and gruyere croissant and breakfast brioche (at least I think that's what they were) and warmed them up in the oven at home. Picked up a tiramisu and cheesecake for dessert and they are the best I have had anywhere. Divine, indulgent, and perfect.

Authentic French bakery!!!! So excited about this place. A few tips, I went on a Tuesday at 11am and the bread case was empty. Still a few croissants left, and there were plenty of desserts, but I learned that the bread goes immediately on weekends, and fairly quickly on weekdays. What sets this place apart is not just the amazing flavors, but the texture of their pastry, cream fillings, etc. I can't wait to go back again and again.
