I purchased a house in Wake Forest almost 5 years ago. After I decided to retire and downsize, I contacted Cal and Valerie to sell my house. Cal and Valerie had sold my house years ago when I lived in Raleigh. They handled that sale flawlessly, even though it was a difficult sale. Cal’s legal background was extremely beneficial.
The sale of the Wake Forest house went on the market in the morning and by the end of day, I had accepted an offer 4% over list price. The house closed September 13th.

Cal, Will, and Valerie are wonderful people. They take their roles of helping families find a home quite seriously and are most proficient in every process of the business transaction. I’ve heard so many horror stories of what may/will likely/always happens during the home buying process, but Cal and his team bring a level of expertise to the table that granted me the good fortune of not running into ANY snafus.
