Second time posting this since my review on my original email account is hidden for some reason:
They have exterior light fixtures by the bedroom windows that are so loud. They make the loudest buzzing sound literally all night long. It only stops for about two or three hours during the day. It’s truly the most annoying sound. I’ve lived here for over two years with little to no complaints, but two weeks ago the light started making this noise. An employee from The Reserve on Saratoga came to the shelter today with these kittens in a box that were found on their property. We tried to explain to her that we didn’t have space and was trying to give her info on other places to try and/or how she could take care of them. She rudely cut off our employe, said she was fine and walked out. She then left the box of kittens in the pouring rain and peeled out of our parking lot. We called the Reserve to tell them about their employee and that they can’t dump animals like that. We brought the kittens back to them and said we could give them info

Don't do it. Listen to the negative reviews! All the positive reviews are from residents that live there because management think they're slick by telling the residents if they leave a 5 star positive review they can have a free margarita (or some incentive.) Notice on their Facebook page that all the good reviews come on the same day... now you know why.

This is my second time living at The Reserve! I lived here for five years back in 2010 and came back in March of 2020! I love my home here and the staff has always addressed my issues timely and efficiently . The Reserve is very well maintained as well as the amenities. I definitely would recommend and have recommended to friends, and they’re experience has been just as positive!
