We were very happy when we first moved into this community. Since then, the management team has changed and for the worse. We seem to have constant issues with surrounding neighbors that fall on deaf ears and when we reach out for help we are treated with disrespect. The maintenance team is hasty with repairs, messy, and do poor work. Great so far. Quick response times. Friendly community and cool atmosphere. I am truly excited about how quick the management team responds to issues and repairs and how functional the facilities have remained. The neat and eco-friendly environment can never be compared to any. Until I buy my own house, I will live here. Before I forget , the apartment is very accessible from any part of Arizona.

Look elsewhere! Counting down the days till our lease is up. The apartment complex is extremely loud at night. People rev their engines in the middle of the night throughout the parking lot, there are strange people walking around the complex making noise, and people play their music so loud at night. Every single night I feel like it’s something different around here. The apartment in itself is very cheap. We’ve lived here barely 4 months and have had put in 10 repair requests. The carpet is cheap and already pulling up in areas and they did a horrible job painting. We moved into a brand new

Working with the Crestone at Shadow Mountain front desk team was absolutely incredible. Sandra helped us out the most and she was wonderful to work with.
They not only help my girlfriend and I sign a lease within the needed timeframe but they also made every step of the way easy. The were on top of their communication and professionalism.
We couldn't have been happier with the process of moving in. They were the best!!

Crestone is a terrible place to live. We haven't had hot water in one of our bathrooms for over 3 months and its still not fixed. The office says they will call you back and they do not. Sandra is terrible and is only about making money and not taking care of her residents. Also, if you have children, don't live here, they don't have the freedom to play anywhere without people complaining and then management threatening to fine you.

I loved living here! The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests were often resolved that same day. The community underwent several renovations while I was living there and, while they weren’t always convenient, management made sure to give plenty of notice to the residents to prepare us. Sandra, the manager, was always very kind and accommodating whenever I had any questions, concerns, or issues and she worked quickly to get them resolved. I am deeply appreciative of her and her responsiveness, kindness, and availability to help resolve problems. I would highly recommend

My family and I arrived just minutes before closing time and Victoria still made it a point to greet us, sit down with us, take our information in and then scheduled a time for us to come back to view the property. When we returned she showed us all aspects of the property and gave a complete break down of what we would need to do to apply for an… apt home in the community. She was super personable, funny and when we left my two small kids ran to give her hugs! She does an amazing job at what she does and made the process feel a lot less stressful than it really is!

Save your time and money. Hidden fees everywhere and will charge you when the office staff can't do their job right and lose or forget to upload your information. GREYSTAR is notorious for bs fees and horrible… property management. They're more focused on outside appearance than their own residents. And if you're disabled; prepare for constant pity parties and looks of sorrow. Crestone and GREYSTAR are 100% disappointments. Disgrace and a shame. Run! Run! Run!And threaten to call the cops if they don’t like your opinion. If you enjoy empty promises, bullsh!t and fake personalities

I can not recommend this complex. In two years we've had our AC break down--we had to go to a motel and they did not reimburse, the glass of our rear door shattered, a drain in a tub corrode to the point of the pipe breaking off, theft, a leak upstairs that wasn't properly taken care of and that resulted in a severe mold issue and required a… complete renovation to a closet and wall--we were also not reimbursed for any resulting damage to our property, revolving office and maintenance staff, a threat to tow my car because I didn't drive it/move it for a few days (on vacation and I LIVE HERE

Firstly- My apartment is beautiful, I love my location in the complex, and I was lucky to get a newly renovated apartment (I believe they are all soon to be… renovated). Their renovations are and continue looking amazing to help better the guest experiences!

I've been living here since April 2016 and am very happy. Whenever I have any issues they are handled in a timely and professional manner. Maintenance staff have always been accommodating to my needs. The dog I had when I moved in had no issue with maintenance entering when I wasn't there. They actually took the time to bond with my dog. My new… dog I'm not sure of it's too soon 🙂. I work fairly close to home so in certain situations when I wanted to be there I would ask them to give me a call so I could run home. Office staff is always friendly and helpful.

My husband and I work hard and travel. We are tired of the maintenance of a house so decided on apartment living.we compared and viewed other complexes but kept coming back to Crestone. Why? Not many apartments offer a garage for storage and a car. This gated complex is not too big and not too small . . Just right! We love the trees and the serene feel of the environment. We were lucky to find a spacious bright and sunny two bedroom. A huge walk in closet in the master! Designed with me in mind! Run as fast as you can. Crestone’s office personnel and maintenance services are non existent. I’ve only lived here 2 months and so far I’ve had 3 minor maintenance work orders because honestly these apartments are just assembled horribly. (Leaky shower heads and faucets, leaky air vents, towel rods and shower rods falling off the wall, crappy… stove top) Every single one of my maintenance requests have been hugely screwed up.

I've lived here for a year now and absolutely love it. I started in a one bedroom,which I needed to get into quickly because I didn't have anywhere to stay, they got me in as quick as they could as it was so much more inexpensive then my other apartments I lived at. When family matters came up and I needed to move to a 2 bedroom we were able to do so with no hassle. I love this complex, it's a great neighborhood and a great place to live.

Lately we have been quiet a bit disappointed with the staff and the management of the company like today we have called and complaint regarding some residents leaving their dog pooped and to send someone to… please take care of it because our front patio has have a lot of flies lately, 6 hours later we called again and to please send someone nothing happened now the office is about to close we still have a bunch of dog pooped and no staff to be found .
