I generally only write a review when either (1) the business is absolutely terrible or (2) when the business exceeds expectations. Oakleaf Townhomes falls in category no. 2. The homes are in excellent condition, and are maintained exceptionally well. The staff and management go beyond expectations and are incredibly friendly. I don't think you'll find any other place like this.

We have lived here for two years and are moving out because we purchased a house. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and caring. The location is great, quick hop onto 526, walking distance to a Carta stop for folks commuting downtown, close to great food and shopping on Shem creek, a few minutes to the beach on Sullivan's, etc. If we ever needed a repair or service of any kind, it was dealt with promptly, and that's an understatement. Their service is fantastic. I recommend this complex to anyone!
