I don’t usually do reviews or anything but I have been having an issue with my water for over a year and I was told the water company would come out to fix it. No one from the company STILL has come out and see what the issue is. I have been living here for 4 years and never had to deal with such mess. It has gotten ridiculous. We get new management every year. I’m just tired of nothing being done around here and being lied to. I hopefully will be moving very soon.

I moved in here last week and it is everything I had hoped for. I have all the space I need and it is a great price for all of the amenities it includes such as the pool, gym, and dog park. There is a huge parking lot that is never crowded, the place is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, there is plenty of storage space, and we even have a balcony. I feel safe here, too, because the community is gated. The location is also great because there are many stores close by and it is only ten minutes from the beach. I am very happy here.

We absolutely love The Sage apartments so far! We moved in last week, and everyone we have met has been so kind and welcoming. We rent a 1BR and it is so cozy and cute with plenty of space for my husband, our pup, and I. The location is so convenient (literally 15 minutes from downtown Charleston), and the onsite amenities are great. Tiffany got us all set up with the initial tour of the space, and has been so helpful through the whole process of moving. She answered all our questions, was quick to communicate, gave us all the info we needed, and made sure the apartment was set up well and ready

I have now been living at The Sage at 1240 Apartments for four years now, and I am still loving it! This is actually the second review I am leaving. The last positive review I left, I wrote over a year ago. Since then Liz has taken over managing our complex, and she is doing an amazing job to say the least!!! The maintenance team is also fantastic. Mike, who I believe heads up maintenance, has been a huge help for us many times. Anytime there has been an issue, he comes day or night to take care of us. Even apart from that, we have had a great experience living here. Once again, I have recommended
