UPDATE: Since google doesn't allow me to reply, I will update a response to the manager's reply. Ms. Bead is lying. After offering bank statements for the last 6 months as proof of income and offering to pay the 3 months upfront in full for the entire lease and she refused, I asked her what I else could do? She said, and I quote "I wouldn't be able to approve your application." So not only did she discriminate against a self employed contractor (btw I am a first responder for COVID), she is now lying. I highly recommend you find another apartment.

I wanted to start off by mentioning that this property has lived up to every expectation that I have had! I am pleased to say that I've lived here for over a year and just resigned my lease for another year. Beautiful apartments inside and out, also located in a prime location in Mount pleasant. Management has been very welcoming and supportive since the moment I stepped foot on property. Please ask for Conor, he's your guy!

Beautiful property. Nice staff. My only issue is it is a non smoking property and every time I see the maintenance supervisor, he is smoking. Whether it is working on a ac or coming from a building or riding around the complex on his golf cart, he is always smoking. Apparently only employees can smoke anywhere on the property

This apartment complex has no loyalty to its tenants, my father has lived there for almost 4 years, and the company decided to paint the building's and while doing so the painting company covered his Mercedes with a tarp and when they removed it pulled off the hood emblem and because my father had just recently had a heart attack and triple bypass surgery and was unable to move the vehicle management says its his fault that the painting company pulled off the emblem,

We had a place at Windward for over 2 years and loved the amenities, our apartment and location. The staff was originally very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the rep we worked with left and new hires started. One in particular, Christina, was so rude & unprofessional. I would recommend Windward but make sure to work with a different representative when you’re there.

Abusive out of state management. This is my first month as a tenant at Windward and I’ve never felt so helpless in a living situation. Due to technical issues getting setup on their payment portal, my rent was only partially accepted leaving a small unpaid balance. I called the office immediately after the due date to try and troubleshoot and they offered little to no guidance on how to pay the balance. I have a credit score of 800+ And have never defaulted a payment on anything in my life. I offered to bring them actual cash but they won’t accept cash or personal checks due to Covid. Despite

I love this place, the community is beautiful and location is so convenient. Been living here for about 8 months and I have no complaints. Maintenance is always on point, staff is friendly, amenities are great. I think that most of these reviews are bad simply because those of us who love the place haven't taken the time to write one. Definitely worth checking this place out!

AWFUL apartments, poor management. I rented there for one year and have three CHILDREN. When I moved out, they charged me $1600 to REPLACE the carpet. They did not give me an opportunity to have it cleaned or would not hear me out. They accused me of having dogs that peed on the carpet, which I did not. Again, I have three CHILDREN. Children get sick, spill things, etc. I emailed and explained and got NO response. Instead, they sent me to a collections agency! I had no opportunity to argue my case. I think $1600 is a bit excessive. I am a licensed Realtor and property manager and this is considered
