I have lived here for over 12 years, and although there have been management changes and parking challenges, all in all it's a great place to live. The rent does not jump up each year like many other properties and they are slowly making improvements to the property. They are in process of upgrading all the apartments which has been needed for some time. It is a small community and the new staff is doing their best during this crazy time. They have always been very kind and respectful.
