Beverly Hills Personal Training was established by Tucker Forbes in 2015 after realizing the need for high-end, in-home personal training catered to the busy professionals of Los Angeles whose demanding, high-pressure jobs make a two-hour gym commitment all but impossible. Since then, he's worked with a wide variety of wonderful clients, including studio executives, corporate lawyers, Oscar-winning producers, and A-list actors.
It's his mission to create a space for you to rebuild and transform yourself in the privacy of your own home through a targeted strength training regimen designed to rewind the clock on your body and return you to your job, family, and personal life feeling strong, lean, and pain free.

Having worked in gyms since my teens, I've watched a lot of people attempt to achieve their dream body, yet few ever truly succeed. Why? Sure, some give up. But the truth is even those who are highly motivated and have a decent plan seldom achieve their goals because right around the time they start making real progress and are seeing results, they suffer an injury and have to dial their workouts back.
It's no small exaggeration to say Tucker changed my life. When we first started training 8 years ago, I was a skinny kid who had never played a sport or touched a weight in his life. Today, I can deadlift over 300 pounds and have the 6-pack abs I've always wanted. To have made the transformation I did wouldn't have been possible without Tucker's methodical, comprehensive approach to training and his meticulous attention to detail.
If you have a home gym, great. But if not, I already have everything we need - kettlebells, dumbbells, gymnastic rings, stretch mats, etc. All that's required is a space for us to exercise, whether that's in your garage, backyard, or wherever else. Trying to squeeze in your training session during a lunch break or between business meeting?

Tucker is an outstanding trainer and a terrific person in general. He built me a regimen that complemented ongoing work I had been doing with yoga to alleviate chronic back pain. This program strengthened my core among other things and was a major factor in keeping the back pain away as well as improving overall physique -- I had clear results within about six weeks.
I highly recommend Tucker to anyone seeking to increase strength and flexibility. His knowledge of physiology / nutrition / etc. is all top notch, so you get a very holistic feel for how training fits in with everything else.

Tucker is an exceptional person. He is 100% professional in achieving one's goal (whether it is weight loss, better flexibility, or "simply" a healthy body). Additionally, what makes him very special is his approach to people. He fully pays attention to his clients, doesn't push them too hard during exercising, yet brings out the maximum of them in a very understanding and motivating way. The workout sessions are fun and enjoyable, and they are for sure among the best couple hours of the week.

When I first went looking for a trainer, it wasn't because I wanted to know where my hip flexors are or what a perfect squat looks like. I just wanted to look good. Enter Tucker Forbes, the best trainer of all time.
The thing to know about Tucker is that he's not one of those trainers that will run you around the gym for an hour and you'll huff and puff and you might FEEL like you worked out but you never actually learn anything or get any actual results. Tucker teaches form and technique better than any trainer you'll ever find. He's beyond smart and caters your workout to get the results you

For the first time in years I am pain free thanks to Tucker. I had been dealing with knee pain (meniscus surgery, tendon tears, priformis pain/ tightness). I had been to physical therapists as well as strength training and stretch classes to help remedy my issues, but it was really not helping much. I had a friend mention Tucker, a personal trainer who is experienced in rehabilitation and immediately Tucker was able to identify my issues....that I had instability in my hips and the muscles surrounding my knee (which had lead to pain/ injury in the past). He put me on a 1 hour plan, 3x a week which

I have had great results training with Tucker. I started training with him when covid started and I was looking for someone to come train me at home after the gyms closed. I've worked with a number of trainers over the years and was always fairly satisfied, but my sessions with Tucker were by far the best I've had, despite not having any of the fancy equipment I’m used to at a gym.
We do the workouts in my garage. We use kettlebells, bodyweight movements, and gymnastic rings. I'm feeling strong and healthy, and he's helped me work through some persistent lower back pain that's always nagged
