Worst experience ever I’ve been here over a year a I’ve constantly had to deal with my apartment being flooded by the water heater or my sink maintenance constantly promises to have someone have it fix in for it to take weeks to repair only for it to be a temporary fix the rent is too high to have such maintenance problems that aren’t tended to my opinion don’t move here it’s a waste to come home everyday with something new wrong with you apartment

One of the worst complexes ever. The office never gets back to its tenants. It's so dirty like they have no maintenance there. The trash is always in parking lot. They just let anybody move there. Always new management. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

These people don’t never answer they dang phone. Me and my Fiancé did a application here two months ago and we paid the application fee and stuff together, it took us a month to find out if we were approve we wasn’t, the we was supposed to get our fee back if we didn’t get approved never got it instead my fiancé got a letter saying she did pay her application fee like what the heck. DONT WASTE UR TIME HERE!!!

Unless you have no other option do not move here. They do not care about the residents or the apartment complex in general. It’s always filthy. There is always some problem with this place. My neighbors are also terrible. Constantly throwing trash off there balcony or blasting music late into the night. As soon as I moved into this place I wanted to move out. I will be moving out sooner than later. Lastly, the pictures you see online and the apartment they show you is not what it seems. Don’t waste your money because you can find a way nicer place for the same price.

Neighbors leave their smelly trash sitting on the patio for days. Laundry room is
nasty and washer don't work at all.

If your on a budget this can work for you and your family but its old and has a lot of issues. Roaches, mold and clogged plumbing are the top three. If your looking for amenities you best look elsewhere. I only lived here as long as I did for the excellent middle school right across the road but I wanted to move out of here the day I moved in. The apartment you are shown is not the apartment you will get. Yours will be in desprit need of major repair.

I very much enjoy living here with my two kids. The area is quiet and there are tons of things on property and areas for my kids to play. I love how convenient it is to everything I need. Kudos to the maintenance staff for getting things taken care of fast!
