Totally excellent local bike store. They were so kind about fixing my old cruiser bike (they really feature other types of bikes). I have gone in for several routine repairs. Every time they are kind, patient and do an excellent job of repair for a reasonable price. So glad this shop is in my neighborhood!

Justin is awesome. I took my 11-year-old and 9 year-old sons in to have the derailleur on my oldest son’s bike tuned and he walked us through his process, identified the issue and fixed his bike! He helped nurture their interest in the equipment along the way. Thank you to Justin for your great service and expertise. We’ll be back!

I dragged out my old bicycle today. It needed some minor repairs, a new basket and a lock. I took it to Cycleton, a shop. Nearby. The folx in the store were helpful, friendly and completed the repair within a few hours (they told me it would be 24 hours or less). Great service, friendly and not at all a problem to bring in an old bike. Highly recommend!

I wanted to give them a chance since their close and local but the customer service is really bad :-( Dropped off my bike 2 weeks later no call or update. Felt like they forgot about it; then I just happen to stop my they still weren't sure it was ready, weird notes left, nobody knew who worked on my bike. I'm sure they make more money on bike sales but bike repairs/service is pretty important too! Get it together guys, your reputation is on the line :-(

Awesome service right away for what I needed. I walked in, asked for a tune up because the bike hadn't een ridden in over a year. The guy said it would be weeks out to book a full tune up but he could look at my bike real quick and make any necessary adjustments so it would be fine. About 5-10 minutes later he had adjusted the brakes and the gears, inflated and checked the tires, lubed the chain, and I was on my way!

This was the last straw for me Cycleton...
I'll admit, I'm already not a huge fan of this shop but, when in a pinch, it's close to the house. Today, I'm on my way there to get a few last minute things I need to prepare for a weekend trip and I see a cyclist sitting on the side of the road with his phone out. I pull over to see if I can help and his tire...it's a failure like I've never seen. The tire is COMPLETELY cut IN HALF. Catastrophic failure, no fixing it, needs a new tire and he's TWENTY MILES from home. I tell him I'm actually on my way to a shop

Cycleton continues to impress me every time I go there. From the first time I’ve gone there they continue to welcome their costumers into the shop. They have such a nice staff and they are always willing to help me out and even give me tips and share knowledge on bikes. I have never had a bad experience here and I recommend going to cycleton! They also always take the time to help customers get what they need. 10/10 recommended going here if you have problems with your bike or if you need something!!!

Along the lines of some previous reviews, the customer service in here is pretty poor. I went in with my four-year-old to get a part to attach a bike trailer. The person that helped us out (Russell) was rude, in a strange way. He showed us the part, but when I mentioned that I had had a problem with a similar part he got pretty heated and raised his voice and said he had never heard of such a problem "in 10 years of working on bikes." The strange part was how frustrated he got after our relatively simple question. I left feeling confused by how the interaction could deteriorate so quickly

We had such a great experience today. We had a couple of old bikes that we thought we wanted repaired. The staff evaluated the bikes and explained that they needed extensive work, parts are hard to come by with Covid and it would be more expensive than a new bike. We walked out with 2 new bikes that we love. The gentleman who helped us was so patient and helpful. So glad this great bike shop is close to us!

Absolutely terrible customer service. After having my bike for nearly 3 weeks for a 3-5 business day repair (even with 2 days shipping for other repairs each direction it would be 7-9 business days), I received a voicemail that my bike was ready to be picked up on Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. I was headed out of town, so I ignored it, planning on picking up the bike the following week. The voicemail failed to inform me they would be closed the entire following week; if it had I could have made arrangements for someone else to pick the bike up on Saturday. I'm not at all frustrated

Terrible service I would never recommend this place EVER! Brought my bike in because my tire blew out so bad it ripped my tire/tube so I needed a new tire and tube and buddy that helped me insisted I didn't need a new tire because he checked even though I was literally riding it 15 minutes before that and heard it explode! I immediately found the hole that he missed somehow after he painstakingly looked at my tire... he shut his smartass tone up real quick quoted me 2 hours previously after his little stunt buddy had it turned around in 12 minutes new tire and tube what a joker ha!

I had a lukewarm feeling in comparison to so many shops in the Denver area. Its a small shop but they do their best. They display their items nicely and front their accessories. They price everything really really high so make sure you know the prices before you purchase. Unless you do no care. The staff I would not say happy but not mean either. Another way to explain they do not show that much interest in their customer or at least in my case. Further, it is difficult to get into a conversation with them. In general, high end bicycle retail should express a down to earth and conversational manner

My husband bought his bike there, and since it's our local bike shop he also goes there for tune ups and any upgrades he would like to make. The service he received today was horrible. He was there to set an appointment for a tune up and talk to someone about getting a different seat and the gentleman was so so rude. My husband left there saying the worker made him feel like his questions were dumb, and even judged his bike "what did you pay $300 for that bike?"
He also said they didn't have time to make an appointment for his tune up, and just walked away. They may sell nice

I've tried to like Cycleton since they are my neighborhood bikeshop. I've purchased a FS mountain bike from them and have spent $100s in service and parts over the years. I am a decently experienced cyclist and have been in a lot of bikeshops, but these guys take the cake for being the worst. After a recent repair I had a bit of sticker shock when the price of labor time cost almost as much as a replacement of a 11speed shifter. They did not provide an estimate before doing the work. When I questioned the cost and lack of communication on an estimate before the work took place

Had a great first few experiences at Cycleton at the very beginning (see my review from years ago). The greatness waned over time, culminating in frustrations with trying to give them my business if they would price match (they, before recently, wouldn't do that for me). I can also understand the frustration expressed by previous reviewers about service. So I've been driving to a shop across town recently, which sucks.
That seems to have changed. I gave them another chance. Jubal, the GM, worked with me to find the right thing recently and didn't make me drive across town

My boyfriend and I came from Austin, Tx to have a good time and I could not be happier with the place we chose to rent our bikes from. Jabul was one of the most helpful people we encountered in Denver. The service he gave us was amazing. We were not sure if we were going to make it back in time before he closed so we could drop our bikes off but he told us he'd stay a bit later just to let us return them. He even gave us his mobile phone number so we could contact him. I would definitely come back to this place whenever I come back to Denver. The rates were not too bad. $65 for renting a mountain

Worst ever. Need simple bearing replacement. Took 4 days. Got it back. They said they replaced it.
They didn't replace it, rode bike 1 time. Bearing locked up. Told us that they didn't want to deal with us because we were angry they lied. Told me to go somewhere else. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Run away!
