My family and I moved here on December 14th, 2021. We couldn't be happier. We love it here. The staff is charming and accommodating, especially since we are moving from California Jane helped us set up everything and even did a virtual tour. There's so much light in our apartment; we love it. The neighborhood is so beautiful and quiet. What more could you ask for can't wait for more years to come. We are delighted 😊.

The apartments were great but if you have to break lease (even legally) they will wait until several years down the road to collect debts. Even after I provided documentation proving I broke the lease legally, they are still trying to hold me financially responsible for more thank $1300. They were nice enough to bring that down from over $2500.

Prices have really went up in the last year??
Quite pricey,when newer more modern apartments in area are charging less rent!
Internet service is horrible,but no choice on service provider,and you're charged for vallet trash service,rather you use or not?
Staff and Management seem to change quite frequently,maintenance is a joke??
Property management come and go,no consistency??
Common repairs aren't repaired properly??

Great place to live in! Beautifully constructed, Must consider. I enjoyed my time here thanks to the lovely ambience and professional support team. The residents lounging area is opulent and charming- its accompanied by a fitness center and a conference room which can be booked in advance for official reasons. Their annual residents appreciation week is a great effort to celebrate its tenants and engage them socially. Lovely lake area and poolside. A slight pitfall was that sometimes we did experience a delay after reaching out to the authorities- but from what I understood back then, they were

We searched and researched for nearly a month, so many apartments and town homes in the Carmel and Noblesville area. There always seemed to be issues with the process, but mostly the reviews and run-around were what turned us off. Finally, we found exactly what we were looking for at Alexandria. Ryan and his associates have been very accommodating to our needs and timing. Ryan gave a wonderful virtual tour via Zoom and gave us great follow-up! We ended up having to go another direction, closer to my new job, but if I were ever in need in the area again, I would head straight to Alexandria of Carmel

The Alexandria Team has been extremely helpful and kind. The landscape is very clean and all of my maintenance requests have been handled in a timely and effective manner. The valet trash service they offer is an awesome amenity to have when living in an apartment. I don’t have to worry about parking because there is plenty of parking around the entire community. I love the location because it’s close to everything I need! (Grocery, food, gas, dry cleaner, etc.) I would recommend anyone moving to the Carmel area.

The new management under Nicole is doing a great job! This place is getting a lot better now. We have also renewed our lease after seeing the efforts that Nicole and Sarah had put together to bring this place as it use to be. Maintenance team is better, office staffs Hailey and McKenzie are doing a great job helping us even during weekends. Keep up the good work team & Thank you!
