The location is nice and that's pretty much where my positive comments end. The management is noncommunicative and does not follow through. When I complained about how dirty it was upon move in, I was told things were cleaned they were just stained. Which was weird considering I was able to clean them myself. We were offered cleaners to come in, which I declined multiple times, however my room mate did accept the offer and over a month later have heard nothing again.

Not responsive. It seems the staff is overwhelmed and need help. Have had my paid parking space taken they told me I would be refunded for not being able to use the spot I pay for but never got reimbursed so I left it be. I then kept getting emails about having to go month to month if the lease isn't signed but they would not provide me with a lease to sign. After two weeks of calling with no response I came to the office and was able to get my name written on a crumpled sticky note on one of the employees desks. After that I received a bill for the month to month payments and I called the office

We've become quite comfortable here. The management is on their game and very pleasant, the maintenance team is prompt and efficient and our apartment home is really clean. I haven't seen one bug the whole time we've been here.
We have had a couple of rowdy neighbors but we feel safe here.

I lived here for 2yr and only just moved out because I bought a house. I looked at pretty much all of the apartment complexes when I moved to Lakewood area and the value of what you get for what you are paying was best at Dartmouth Woods. The location can't be beat, with red rocks around the corner and a short drive to Belmar. Thank you for all you do!

I have lived here for two years and simply love the place. The management is very friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff is prompt and skilled. The location is very convenient and Bear Creek trail is immediately north of here. The rent is quite competitive and the amenities are ample for the size of this property.

We visited this community when considering moving from out of state. We loved the apartments because they felt spacious and clean. The staff in the office were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, our plans to relocate fell through. Once we are looking at making the Colorado move again, we will definitely apply for an apartment here.

We like it here. Our apartment home is cozy and our neighbors are nice. We've had a few experiences with new tenants that were off putting but the management team were on top of it so that is comforting. Anytime we've had a maintenance issue they've been on top of it and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. As for apartment complex living, we recommend it. We feel safe.

This place is disgusting. There is always trash in the breezeways. not just wrappers and little things but whole trash bags just sitting outside of most units front doors. Valet trash rules aren't enforced.… Kids playing and screaming in the parking lot even at night. Parking is challenging. Walls and ceilings are so thin, you can hear your neighbors sneeze.

I have had issues with management from Day 1 & we are constantly having negative encounters with them. Location is good but apartments are a little out dated & maintenance is slowly on the decline. For what they charge you should get great service, so I would go else where. P.S. - Never written a bad review before but its deserved here.

My partner and I were looking for a spacious apartment and found ourselves looking into Dartmouth Woods. the area has low levels of crime as of Dec. 2020, and we were able to snatch one of their lofts up when prices dropped. The community was lovely. They had a nice pool, quiet, and close to the trails of Bear Creek. The staff was welcoming, and kind. If you reached out to them with questions about the property they were sure to respond either same day or the following business day.
