The class was extremely overbooked, cramped to a point of discomfort. I don't know if you let too many walk-ins come to the class or if you just overbooked it. Either way it was very unpleasant. Everyone was bumping into eachother, far from a peaceful experience.
On a personal note I prefer a much hotter room. The whole "warm" yoga model is silly. Be hot or be regular yoga. I very much enjoy hot yoga. It aids in deep stretching. The warm is just slightly uncomfortable without being helpful in the way hot is.

This place used to be better . . . Unfortunately, their quality has gone down a bit. I have two reasons for writing this negative review, the first is because of the fact that they increased their prices. Which is fine, I get that all businesses do that, the reason it’s such a point of contention for me is because they did it during my year long contract with them. I emailed them to inquire as to why I was being charged more, and they let me know that they, “reserve the right to increase prices within our contract terms from the onset.” Granted, they also said that they don’t have any further

It was my first class with them (I'm a super beginner) and Brittni was so great!! I felt welcomed, challenged but not to the point of being discouraged, there was no judgment going on, the class was a good size without being overcrowded. I left feeling like that was exactly where I needed to be, I was rejuvenated, and happy 😊

Finding this studio has been such a blessing! Their studio has such a clam and grounding presence. The instructors and variety of classes are incredible and I leave feeling relaxed and sore! The class times are accommodating to yogi's looking for early morning or late at night! I love going here!

It's a great space with amazing teachers. I love that the focus isn't only yoga (don’t get me wrong, I LOVE the yoga!) but each class has a message that is usually exactly what you needed to hear and is sometimes so powerful you cry. I also love that each class can be for a beginner or a master yogi! LOVE this place and you will too!

I love the variety of teachers and different types of yoga classes to choose from. The ambiance of The Mat as a whole is very enlightening. I really love the heat in the room and really appreciate the cold towel at the end! I definitely recommend The Mat to anyone regardless if they're considering taking up yoga or not because I strongly believe that EVERYONE will benefit from showing their body this kind of love and care! (my body thanks me after every class!)

I've been attending classes regularly since November, and I highly recommend Mindpose.
-kind, friendly teachers. I'm substantially larger than pretty much everyone in the studio, but the instructors are kind and welcoming, and offer alternative poses when I'm unable to get into the first option.
-excellent instruction; I have seen huge improvement in my ability to get in to poses that were challenging when I first started coming, and that's because of the great cuing by the teachers. One experience that stands out was a slow (endurance-based) class taught by Nic, the owner

I am so happy there is a place in Lindon, close to home that offers yoga classes. I went this morning to the free yoga class at 9 am to try it out. Amanda was very friendly, greeting everyone as they arrived. Anyone who didn't register online, was asked to fill out the waiver on the iPad. Since I registered earlier I only needed to check myself in. They have a couple areas with black storage containers to place your belonging. They lock the doors while yoga is in session so no one can come in, but you can leave if needed. It was nice that she told us to pick up a couple blocks and strap as

Came here for their grand opening today! I was warmly greeted by the yoga instructor. The facility was clean and inviting. After registering for a class, entered the hot yoga room and it sure felt nice and cozy, especially during winter! I decided to visit this place as it's a lot closer to me than the previous studio I have been going to. Attended the 9am Flow Yoga class and it went thru all the foundational poses. Teacher was friendly and while in poses, spoke to us that we are in our very own journey in there, which was a nice reminder. I am a fairly new yogi in the yoga world,
