Can't believe I haven't written a review for the amazing Lutsk Training. I worked out with Steve for a little over 2 years and only stopped as I was moving too far to continue making his workout times in the morning. Before I started with him, I was always quasi-healthy, trying out things like running or yoga, but nothing ever seemed to stick or make a huge physical difference. When I started with Lutsk Training, that dramatically changed. I'd never felt stronger or liked my body more. Just a few weeks in I began to do double-takes in the mirror! I've been using Lutsk Training for about a year now and was able to drop my body fat from 25% to 18%! The workouts are high intensity and I feel great after them. Each workout is different so it doesn't feel repetitive. Also it's just a great environment and group to workout with. Everyone is really nice and trying to help, motivate, and push each other to be there best. If don't have a trainer you need to go see Steve NOW!!!!!

Steve is amazing. I have been working out with him over a year. He has inspired me to live a healthy lifestyle. I actually look forward to waking up for the 6am workouts. And I have a ton of energy afterwards. He is great with nutritional counseling. I have learned how to have a healthy lifestyle and still have fun. I have managed to lose weight and gain muscle tone. It helps that Steve is hilarious too. Even when I'm grumbling about an exercise, he makes me laugh.

The best trainer I've gone to hands down. While doing the best workout of your life for an hour I'm able to laugh and have a great time with friends. Who knew you could have fun while working out? Even though you workout in groups, Steve is able to make you feel like its a one on one workout. GO SEE HIM NOW. You will not regret it!

I've always wanted to start working out regularly but have never been able to commit. I've joined gyms such as Equinox and I would continuously find myself unmotivated. Then I met Steve and he completely changed my view on working out and living a healthy lifestyle. He has helped me get in the best shape I've been in for a long time. He is unbelievably motivating and genuinely cares about his client's health and happiness. I have recommended him to two friends who are now regular clients of his and will continue to recommend him to anyone looking for a GREAT trainer.

Lutsk Training is the real deal, I can't say enough good things about Steve and his program. He is extremely knowledge about both exercise and diet/nutrition and is willing to engage you in conversation about either. Not only are his workouts perfect (more on that later) but he goes the extra mile by staying after sessions or writing you via email about ANY question/s you may have about your personal health goals.
