Apartments advertised thru August were
priced at $1656 for 2 bed/1.25 bath. When
I called to setup appointment. I was told the
6 apartments available for August were no
longer available. Note: I called on 8/5/2021
, same day of advertisement. But they had
2 apartments, exactly the same as the one I was
calling on , in September for $ 1901

I have been living here over a year and with the pandemic things have changed drastically financially and Gladys the apartment landlord/manager has been extremely helpful, supportive and responsive when I was needing anything, she is always very helpful. I truly appreciate that in this tough time being treated fairly and respectfully has been a blessing and I would definitely recommend these apartments !

The front desk staff have been really nice to me . They have been more then patient with me when i have not been able to pay the rent due to my fear of the coronavirus. They gave me many listings for non profit agencies that would help me. They are always friendly. Even though they have social distancing they still are gracious enough to allow me to get coffee a habit that i have badly lol. I recommend this place for a lot of woman in the struggle because they never make you feel unworthy. both ladies have been wonderful in a very profound way. Its the little things that make a difference.

We are really loving our new home here. We were given the option to rent a fully renovated unit with new appliances. The staff has been friendly and so easy to work with! Gladys in the office was very welcoming. Maintenance staff Gio and Victor helped us with repair... they are quick and skilled. Every day we feel more at home.

I am not sure where the negative reviewers are used to living but Swiss Gables is administered the way an apartment complex should be.
Smokers are unfortunately abundant with their disgusting habit at this apartment complex.
I find the negative reviewers regarding apartment complexes are generally those who were either evicted or were so tone-deaf to their own inconsiderate, self centered life style that they refused to adapt to living in close proximity to others. Perhaps your neighbors complained because the police were called to your apartment for a domestic dispute?

By far the worst apartment complex I've ever lived at. Neighbors complain about every tiny thing. Management is incompetent, they blame you for dumping things in the dumpsters that weren't yours and try and charge you for it. Also don't plan on getting any deposit back, no matter how clean you undated your apartment is. This place is a joke and expensive with absolutely no amenities. The gate works half the time. So what's the point of having a gate if anyone can come in. Don't pay extra to live here. There are so many other places that are way cheaper and way more amenities

Never lived in a place like this. It was terrible. Their ad is I would say, 80% bs. The management was a constant nuisance going as far as to look in residence windows. The rent is absolutely outrageous for the lack of amenity's and over all condition of the apartments. The maintenance did on one occasion (that I know of) enter my home without notification or authorization. Although it is a gated community I always heard of things being stolen including two cars, a motorcycle and my daughters Christmas presents. The manager Ursula is very rude and cuts people off.
