Equipose Yoga Studio is owned and operated by Lee Lorber. The studio offers gentle, moderately-challenging and vigorous yoga classes tailored to the needs of each student in the class. Lee's interest in yoga began seriously in 2000 when she was dealing with severe sciatica. Fortunately, I found Yvonne Herbst, my first yoga teacher in Warrenton, and the healing began.
I continued taking classes with her and eventually found my way to Kripalu Institute in Lennox, Massachusetts, the oldest yoga teaching institute in the U.S., where I studied for three summers, Lee says. Lee began teaching yoga to fellow school teachers at Fauquier High School in her classroom after school for about five years, and then decided she needed a quieter teaching venue.

Services
This is a style of yoga which addresses the deeper tissues, the fascial and myofascial, which account for over 50% of our flexibility. You can expect to stay comfortably in a position for up to five minutes in order for the very different fascial tissue to release. The class is conducted for the most part on the mat, and there is very little movement but much attention to conscious breathing.
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards for payments made online via our secure payment portal. You can get a reduced rate when you purchase multi-class passes in advance. When purchasing passes online, please bring your confirmation email receipt with you to class to obtain your punch card(s). Punch cards are valid for twelve weeks from date of purchase.

Such an awesome studio - a gem in the middle of Warrenton.
For runners -- try the ball therapy or Yin yoga class and watch your hips move through space with ease.
For those with injuries to shoulders, backs, knees, go for the incredible instruction and modifications and enjoy ease of movement.
