Please don't move here.. Roaches and mics and I'm not even talking bout parking they will always tow it even if u hav a pass nd the office won't do nothing i jus file my lawsuit again them ... plz from the button of my heart dont move here ... plzzzx plzzzz carefully with them... today they towed 10 car with parking passes on it

I like the location of my town-home. Parking has not been an issue yet. I will see how the summer goes. I did set up a security camera outside my home, due to living alone and just wanting to feel safe. The Leasing Office is very responsive. I wish Maintenance was a bit faster, but I understand this is big community. I have not seen any pest yet. Lets hope it remains the same. Cons no amenities, just a trail, and kids park. A community pool and gym would be perfect.

I’m going in to my second year. I like the neighborhood I’m in. My biggest issue is mice I have called for this issue for so many times. They sent pest control but it’s not helping. I through my sofas because they made it their house. I had the manager come see on his own. January 2020 they are still around on the oven in the electric room behind the fridge. Please do something about this I don’t need a sorry email I need this issue to be fixed. I will Keep updating my google reviews periodically...

I'm usually one not to leave reviews, but had to due to the excellent customer service I received. I been in this area for a while and people tend to be a little rude. However, today changed my view, Crystal thank you for your help and assisting me. You were so nice and informative. The homes were beautiful and well kept. Everything was so nice. I can't wait to move!

Customer service is awesome!! I love everything about my new home. ALICIA (my leasing agent) rocks!!! Alicia has excellent customer service and goes above and beyond to satisfy residents (myself). The office staff are very welcoming and easy to converse with. Every request I have asked; gets done in a quick manner of time. I'm beyond satisfied and look forward to enjoying my residency. The only downside is the attacking mosquito's right outside my doors and the backyard landscaping which needs to be re-done. One recommendation would be to change the hanging parking permit, it can easily be forgotten

Pros: Quiet neighborhood. They are finally working on ensuring that every resident will get ONE parking space assigned to them which is great. Close to the metro and bus stops.
Cons: Poor insulation and soundproofing.
When you run your A/C the basement level and the 1st level will remain cool, but the third level where the bedrooms are stay hot. A maintenance man came and said the only way for this problem to be fixed is for the walls to be cut and new insulation to be added. There was nothing more he could do about the situation. I asked two of my neighbors and they both said that their 3rd
