Let me start off by saying Rachel needs to be fired. She is so incompetent. She showed me an apartment that smelled like a dead body has been there for days and when i mentioned the smell she said " oh i don't know what your talking about, it smells like cleaning products to me!" I understand its her job to be overselling and what not but some things are just an insult to your intelligence. Also, upper management needs to do something about the Krystal lady as well. She is EXTREMELY rude and talks to people in such a disgusting manor. Over all its NOT WORTH it. don't even bother applying they WILL

I can't say enough good things about Rachel! We moved here so last minute due to a relocation and she was grace personified. When we couldn't get furniture rented asap to have something in the apartment, she actually gave us her own table and chairs and sofa that she said she didn't need. She dropped by with toliet paper night one, then went on to meet me at the garage door when my key wouldn't work (with my baby in the car) and seriously countless other examples like that. I have had the worst experience with the management team and other employees at 2700 University. They often contradict themselves when deciding to make property rules. I find it concerning to live in a building where I, and other residents, do not feel welcome by the management. I have personally been yelled at by Krystal, Rachel, and maintenance when bringing up a concern about the property. The management acts extremely unprofessional. The entire building also constantly smells of garbage. It is clear the trash and recycling are not removed in a timely manor leaving a horrid stench throughout

I have rented for over 10 years and this has by far been the worst experience in terms of management, building and leasing office. I highly recommend that you do not live here due to a multitude of reasons.
1. The leasing office has high turnover, fail to gather any correct information and talks down the residents. Krystal especially talks to the residents as a dictator, is not accomdating and places blame on everyone but herself. Have been living here for about a year now, I am really impressed by the management team and especially maintenance team. Everytime when there is an emergency in my apartment, they would return to my call and show up within ten minutes, even at 5 in the morning. I would definitely spend more years with 2700 university as long as I am still in this area. Highly recommend!

Living here has been a wonderful experience. The units are beautiful and have plenty of built in storage. The amenities are great and of high quality. Most importantly the staff is extremely responsive and kind. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests. The building has a great community feel and all of the tenants (fury and human) are easy to get along with! An easy light-rail ride to campus or either of the downtowns.

I loved my experience living here. The staff & the property manager were always willing and able to solve any issues I had and were incredibly professional in all they did. Special shout out to Krystal and her staff for doing an awesome job. Outside of the stellar management the building itself was also very well kept and is conveniently located to the 94E/W exists and the front door of the building faces the WestGate lightrail station which makes it very convenient if you needed to hop on the train. The building is also far enough away from campus where its quiet but not too far where its an inconvenience

This place is absolutely spectacular! Krystal and Molly in the office are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable and taken care of! The maintenance staff is the best! There are quick to take care of any service requests and take the time to make sure it’s done correctly! That’s just the tip of the iceberg! From the great people living here, the yoga studio, state of the art gym, the hot tub & pool, to the great restaurant downstairs... these are WELL WORTH moving into! I’ve only just named a few of the amenities really! I would recommend these apartments

They turned a portion of the apartments into student housing for high school students. No seriously, bunk beds and everything. If you want to live in an expensive dorm with children then this is the place to be. Yelling and screaming in the hallways, unclean facilities, and just general nonsense. It used to be really nice but they’re trying to get by with too few resources.

Hello .. I have lived at 2700 since the building opened. I was still pregnant with my handsome son. I can't complain my apartment is amazing love the washer and dryer. I love the community. 2 nice parks/recreation centers if you have kids... lots of restaurants in the area.. the downstairs community area is amazing . I really enjoy the community events. Breakfast on the go- splash parties etc. Krystal, Molly and Vanessa are to sweet . They are always smiling and greeting people. My requests are always met. Great Apartment and Staff!! My move in was seamless and easy. They had carts available for me to use which made the move in process a lot quicker.
The building itself is gorgeous and very clean. Things get repaired quickly in common areas and in the units themselves. I have put in 2 work orders so far and both were responded to within 24 hours.
The maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoy the pool and hot tub a lot I see the maintenance staff outside cleaning the pool and hot tub every morning which makes swimming and lounging enjoyable to know I'm not sitting in dirt.
