I am just so impressed by Juan & Kevin home repair team! Always with a smile and calm, always professional, kind and hardworking until the problem is solved. They, and all the staff, actually- from incredibly charming and dedicated leasing agents Luke and Julie, to the entire team of concierge/receptionists even the garage attendants is what quickly made this place in the middle of DTLA quickly become our welcoming home.

Just moved in this month and I can't be happier with my new apartment!
I actually had been approved at two other spots but Luke and Jamie made it so much easier to choose the watermark. they are seriously the best ever! I've been living in DTLA for years and can't be happier with the service they provided!
So professional and so nice and welcoming! if your looking to find a nice clean and very safe building? id recommend the watermark tower.
most buildings don't even call back and Luke and Jamie were very responsive.

I recently moved to Watermarke Tower and it has been great so far. Julie and Luke from Leasing have been very helpful from giving us a tour to moving in. The building is always clean and the concierge is friendly and always willing to help.
The location is so convenient! LA live and FIGat7th are less than 5min walk, Ralph's is one block away, and the freeway is very close. I highly recommend Watermarke Tower.

Julie and Luke are the best! I recently moved here and had a tough timeline and a lot going on with work, Julie and Luke were so helpful and accommodating, can't thank them enough. The area is safe and clean (something that was a must for me) and the building itself is secure and has great amenities. The apartments are spacious and have amazing views. Huge thank you to the staff and team here for all that they've done to accommodate my move!

I moved here a month ago. The approval process was a bit complicated but Julie and Luke were really helpful and made it happen. Out of all the high rises I tour in LA only WaterMarke had such large units for my price range. I knew right away that was the right place.
I absolutely love the building. Really nice and modern. I really like the fact that there's always someone in the lobby and at the garage gate, feels safe, mostly when i get home late at night.
Special thanks to Julie for helping me with parking spaces and helping with any request I have so fast.

A fantastic place to move to - highly recommended. Viewing, leasing and post-signing support by leasing manager Luke Woodward was excellent and he went "above and beyond" any other experience we've had with leasing managers at other apartments. He is the height of professional and personable.
The apartment is beautiful, and overall well maintained by the efficient maintenance team.

Friendly residents and staff. Walls and floors are thick enough to block most noise from surrounding tenants, and staff is responsive to noise complaints. It feels very safe, regardless of previous events I’ve read about through reviews. This is a large city, so bad things can happen, but when I’m in my room I feel like it’s an escape (with an amazing view!). Even so, it’s a safer area in downtown than many others, and there is so much to do within walking distance. I highly recommend living here at least once in your life. :)

Let me start of by saying I moved out because of management on June 4th 2021 and it is now August 4th have yet to receive my correct deposit amount back. I have a break down directly from the manager in my email of what I'm supposed to get back and somehow they got that completely wrong and out of $1,000 sent me a check for $60.68.
I wasn't going to write a review but I just can't believe that I can't rid my hands if this awful place.
1- Management can't give you a straight answer about anything. While living in the unit, they wanted to charge me $5,000 to replace wood

I applied for this building in feb 2021 and they make you pay a 500$ holding fee with your card. the only way they return it is via check. i have contacted staff, the bbb, and greystar about my refund and have not received it. they said 2x it has been sent and i havent gotten it to this day! at this point i would like my money returned via check WITH TRACKING AND CERTIFIED MAIL! TO INSURE I GET IT. this is mad!

I just moved to Watermarke and so far my experience has been delightful. The staff is helpful and friendly (s.o to Ella for being incredibly sweet and making everything so easy for me). Luke and Avery were my leasing agents and they did a great job. The building and apartments are luxurious, the view is breathtaking. The location is perfect as its close to everything you might need in DTLA. You really get what you pay for. So in love with my apartment Al Hamdoulillah.

Love this place! Not only is the actual apartment and view beautiful, but the folks who live here are really pleasant neighbors. Everyone's really quiet, kind and respectful.
Avery gave us a tour of the complex (on a last minute call) and was our first impression to the Watermarke community. She was amazing! She was really transparent in how the management was handling the building in regards to the changes with COVID. She answered all of our questions right on the spot and made sure all the details with the application process were covered. Honestly, originally wasn't sure if DTLA

Joke of a complex. If you want to pay $4,000 + per month to be totally annoyed everyday then look no further! Do you like insane policies and unreasonable expectations/guidelines? Well then Watermarke tower is the place for you.
From horrid parking, to literally not letting you into your home and threatening to tow your vehicle for not having a transponder (which actually doesn’t even work) to no use of the amenities except 9-5 when someone is here to ‘supervise’ adults, to making their own rules on wearing masks this place has got it going on.

A year ago I would have told you this building was outstanding. Today I am telling you DO NOT MOVE HERE - and all my neighbors could attest (we laugh about it in the elevators as a common joke).
Since I joined this building everything has been going downhill. We used to have great amenities, a friendly staff at the entrance, timely communication with the leasing office and service to the expected quality in a luxury building.
Since the change of management (it occurred around May/June 2020) the service completely ceased to exist:
- AMENITIES: They were basically closed for this past year AND

The staff always project a friendly smile but do not be fooled. This place runs the building like a World War II war camp. The rules and modifications to the rules and the endless warnings emailed and posted on doors go beyond anything I have ever experienced.

3208 is being used as a Airbnb and it's disgustingly filthy!!!! The person who goes by "Sam" on Airbnb charges you $30 a day for
Parking. You have to meet them down the street to then follow them into the parking garage where someone hands off the fob to u. The unit is clearly used as a Trapp house and the owner should be terminated from the lease for illegally renting this filthy place

Although my husband and I had a decent experience living at Watermarke for the majority of Covid-19 during 2020, I am very upset that almost three months later they have not returned the giant deposit they forced us to pay when we first leased the apartment. They told us that the check should have been sent to us but they didn't have our forwarding address. This is untrue, as our other mail has been forwarded to us.
We left the apartment in an immaculate state and even hired professional cleaners so as to ensure the return of our deposit.

First of all who has to leave reviews for apartment buildings? But it is completely necessary at this point.
I moved in start of lockdown and everything was shut down. Move was easy and freight elevator worked great.
During the last past 9 months all I see is shady people come in and out, management has been changed multiple times (they even evicted the manager that used to live here) . I don't understand since there is NO transparency, but what I do know is that there is a ton of new "rules" all of a sudden.
You must have your id when coming in and out of the building at all

I used to work here cleaning 2 studios I loved it because they would have relaxed music lol and would always stared at the beautiful views from Los Angeles and now I’m way to far all the way to Sacramento CA 👎 that I sometimes like it here and sometimes I don’t so its basically 50% and 50% lol

The location is so convenient and the amenities are kept up so clean and nice. I love how the store and eateries are within walking distance. Gorgeous property and amazing staff! Since the new manager, Camille, has taken over the property, we have seen such a difference. She wants the best for the property and is one of the nicest too. Anytime anyone has a question, she is able to give them an answer immediately. We haven't had someone here for awhile that cared or that we would even see. Wow I thought I lost hope in Watermarke Tower Apartments but little did I know the guy that I needed to talk to about my problems was Will. He definitely is the person everyone should be asking for because he knows about parking, resident issues, shuttle concerns...you name it and he knows what's going on and most important cares enough to help you and get something done. I no longer hate this Watermarke Tower Apartments place.
