5 Star property! The office staff is so friendly and they always make you feel welcomed and special each and every time you talk to them. Special shout out to Kreamer in the office and Val in Maintenance! Together they make this property a great place to live! Amazing staff. Very helpful. Beautiful layouts. Pool and hot tub are great. Love that the packages have somewhere safe to go instead of just outside the door. Matthew is very kind and efficient. Everything about this complex is amazing, the grounds are kept up with, our move in process was so smooth and painless, we worked with Nanette, she is so amazing and sweet, our unit is beautiful. Maintenance responds to calls quickly. The office hears you out and does the right thing every time. We haven’t had any issues and we have been here over a year. I would recommend this community to other people.

I have been here 5 years and at first I thought all of the reviews were crazy. But now I'm one of those that agree with the bad reviews. Glad to be moving out.
Ever since they got a new team in the office things have gone down hill.
I know there's no proof for certain things... But a year ago my car was hit in the lot. I know this because I had to pull groceries from my trunk the previous night and there was no damage to my car. A month ago I came out to my car & my air caps were missing & someone let the air out of my tires.

Is there a way to not give any stars? The management office is insanely rude. They are trying to tack on an additional 20 days onto the lease. There was a verbal agreement with the prior property manager in regards to us leaving.
With that being said, management refuses to work with anyone. It's the 27th of the month and I have already been told that my account is going to collections... yet I have no missed payments? How is that even legal? But get this, I'm not the only one with this issue. There are a ton of our neighbors dealing with the same things.

This place is terrible, my truck was broken into with 2,600 worth of damages, the maintenance staff doesn't even know how to hang blinds and right when I move out I get charged 1,300 for damages, stay away from this place. You will loose so much money in the end. It truly was the worst ran placed I ever seen in my life.

I like the friendly leasing staff, noise is NEVER an issue, the kitchen and bathroom are beautiful and seem very high end. My bedroom is HUGE and can fit a king size bed, dresser, and desk with room to spare. I've also never had an issue with management or maintenance like other reviewers though? Plus I have the best view of the front range in all of Aurora. I just want electronic package lockers because I work weird hours and I have a thieving neighbor who has stolen a few boxes left at my door... And yes, the rent is expensive but so is all of Denver area and I searched and visited dozens

Do not move here if you value your peace of mind, serenity and comfort. The management are racist bigots eager to find any little thing possible and even making some up to evict you. Except for the 3-4 months of bad weather I received a "lease violation" every single month for 8 straight months. It was petty things that had no specific resolution, like claiming that I was "watering my plants to much" which was funny because I didn't have any plants. It got to the point that I was having anxiety about coming home because I was afraid to see yet another "lease violation

Let me begin by saying I am a native of the area where this complex is located and I resided in these apartments for only about six months until my partner and I separated and we surrendered our apartment. I also work in leasing for a smaller management company so this is a full on professional and personal review of my experience.

Staff are good, buildings are in ok shape, but most of the people living in building 17 are a mixed bag of bad characteristics including idiots blasting music at 6:30 in the morning, frequent demostic abusers, and monster truck drivers with no mufflers. Avoid building 17 at all costs due to horrible neighbors!
I have lived in Southeast Aurora for a majority of my life, but most of out of state trash that have recently moved are destroying whatever good is left of Aurora.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst place I have lived in all my life. My family has been miserable since we have lived here. If I have to justify the one star it would be the location. That being said, management is horrible. Staff are not consistent, and the person we spoke to barely spoke English. As consumers, we just cannot understand her when we communicate and we were sorry in the end. The prices they charge for rent is far too high for these poorly constructed units.
