We have resided here for close to 20 years and although the rent is a little more than we like every year when it is time to sign a new lease, we start thinking maybe this is the year to move. You can always find cheaper and better but staffing elsewhere is always lacking or unprofessional.
We have seen many Owners, Management Companies and apartment staff but with all changes the staff have always been quick to respond to issues personal and maintenance wise with the current staff being one of the best.
We are retirees and like our privacy and even though the flooring is very thin and noise

I’ve lived at different apartment complexes but none compare to Adobe Ridge. It’s hard to find a place to call home especially living in apts where the front staff is horrible! However, Ariel has been superb in making me feel at home! She truly cares about her residents and goes above. She is the ONLY ONE in the office that answers or responds and is willing to help me, even when she is extremely busy!!!

We absolutely love Ariel who works in the office. She is so polite and patient and takes care of so many issues. She is always there to help. Also, Sonia who is so helpful and has made our experience here so wonderful. Whenever we have had a issue or question, she has taken good care of us.. We love our apartment and location. Thank you!

I really enjoy living here. It's nice and quiet for the most part. My apartment is very spacious. I also like that we have 24 hr use of the pool, cabana, and the fitness room. I told my cousin who was living in California about Adobe Ridge, and they decided to move out of California to Arizona, and we made it possible. One of my sister's is looking to move here as well.

Omg! What a wonderful apartment complex! Ariel was fantastic throughout the entire tour! She answered all of my questions and gave me detailed information of what to expect when leasing an apartment. The gym & pool were closed for a week for “repairs,” yet they look untouched. The pool has never looked so grimy & the gym still has no wipes & it’s been nearly two weeks…The grounds are constantly dirty and work orders take weeks to months to be completed. Don’t even get me started on the amount of bugs that try to get into my apartment when I open my door. At least Jesse is a great part of the team but Sonia is rude & unprofessional. I pay too much for anything less than perfect service & amenities.

Beautiful apartment complex! Sonia is amazing and very down to earth. I had a couple problems in the beginning getting my package but she was quick to handle the situation with amazing care and focus! I enjoy sitting on the big couch every day and getting my tan in the most comfortable way possible!

I recently moved here from California and had to find a place quick after receiving a job offer. After looking at several apartments, I chose Adobe because it felt like home. The front staff has been very professional and attentive to any questions I have had. Jessie is great! The unit itself was in great condition and I haven't had any complaints with neighbors. Everyone seems respectful and minds their own. Also, the complex is close to shopping! This is my first time living on my own and in an apartment so I can honestly say it has been a great safe experience. Keep up the good work!

My daughter is moving to the area and we were looking for an apartment so went to quite a few. Adobe Ridge had the nicest by far. Very bright and updated. Love the island. The cost is comparable to others (except others we visited seemed to have less square footage and were cramped with weird floorplans).
Jesse was so nice and helpful in the front office. We went back a few times to make sure she made the right decision and he was always accommodating and responsive. They also have events for the residents which is always nice and a way to have a community feel.

Do not move to this complex. The landscapers they hire to do work here love to blow a bunch of leaves all over your patio and furniture if your on the first floor every other day and the management is not good. Also emailed them to change out filters in air vents do to heavy amounts of bacteria built on them from over the years and nothing was done. Being in the industry that deals with restoring homes this place could have a big lawsuit on there hands soon.

This is by far the best apartment that I have ever rented. The atmosphere is friendly, the gym amenities are top notch. When I first moved to Az, it was difficult finding an apartment that I could call my home. I've lived here for 2 years, and will extend for more. The new upgrades are beautiful. The price is average market value. Sonia, the manager, is awesome. Every time I have a problem, I go directly to her and she gets it resolved. I really enjoy living in a place where management is very helpful. Thank you Sonia, keep up the great work. Bravo Zulu!

Overly priced for what you get, no security at night, gates left open constantly. Staff too lazy to let you know you have a package at the office. Maintaince is great if you like constant leaf blowers at your window blowing dirt in the air and starting at 8am (if not ealier) not to mention trying to keep your car clean, maintaince blows dirt at all cars in the lot. suspisous characters at night just chilling near the dumpsters. Just drive further west on the 101 you'll finding a better complex with better location and better staff. When i told the front office I will not be renewing our lease

What can I say, very cute complex and nearby almost anything you may need. My boyfriend and I fell in love with this place a year ago and had experienced a minor hiccup just a few months in to our lease. The managers were extremely nice about the problem that had happened. Usually they will inform the residents of a third party checking the units… at least 48 hours in advance with a piece of paper on our front door. Unfortunately I did not receive one of these and woke up to someone entering my apartment with a slight knock. I feared for my life that someone was gong to hurt me. Luckily

I love living at Adobe Ridge. I love the fact that you can get second floor which has a nice view but since they are two stories you are the top with no one above you. The tubs are big enough to soak in...(very important to me) I have never seen one bug in my apartment. The grounds are nice as well. I lived here in the past and my life took me away from Arizona for a couple years and as soon as I could come back here I wanted to live at Adobe Ridge again. I've looked at alot of places and this place is "home" for me. I'm happy to be here.

No communication here. I called all day to receive my refund check. Corporate office nor the apartment complex could return a call or tell me when I get my refund. This company STOLE my money. It took me to get an Attorney on the phone before I got any answers. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. The staff is nice yes complex is nice. But once you get in here I feel sorry for you. STAY AWAY TENANTS.

This place was amazing before Alliance took over. The previous management was friendly and personable and there was round the clock secuirty. Imagine that? Knowing there was someone you could call if you had any issues.
After Alliance took over, you were lucky if you could get some peace and quiet. Or any professionalism.
My boyfriend and I were here for 4+ years. It was our home, not just an apartment. Its where we created so many memories with our family and our friends.
We created fantastic relationships with our neighbors. Why? Because they were adults. And acted as such. They were courteous
