I've been a resident here since December of 2019 and have had a fantastic experience! The apartment building is in a terrific location right at the entrance of Belle Isle and the Buttermilk nature trail. You are within a few minutes drive to Scott's Addition, Carytown, and downtown Richmond. The amenities are second to none and include a beautiful new swimming pool that is always in the sun and has an amazing breeze 24/7 because of the location right on the James River. The Sky lounge on the rooftop is super cool and along with my apartment balcony has the best panoramic views of the city hands

I've been staying at Riverside for about 2 years now and have nothing but positive reviews for the staff, rooms and quality!
Perfect location just outside of downtown Richmond with easy access to the highway and shopping districts, including one of the best views of the river in the whole city.
Staff always friendly and responsive to your needs, while maintaining the property with near immaculate standards. They host events for all tenants in the lobby and offer personal assistance whenever possible.
My only complaint would be the price per load of laundry in the downstairs laundromat, however

Mega amazing staff and out of this world views! Lived in The Leigh studio for a year and the location is key here. 2000 Riverside is literally on the river! Never lived in anything like it before. Fabulous front desk folks they have. Super responsive and accommodating. This place should be on the 5 Star Trip Advisor and Michelin rated charts. Sweet little Starbucks coffee bar they've got and they'll even send up Doordash room service to your door. 2000 Riverside Towers definitely beats all other apartment living and prices around this town! Ask about the PH.

I have lived here 3 times in the span of 5 years and I have loved it! I’ve never had any Major issues, and any minor problems I do have normally get fixed pretty quick.
Candace is my favorite leasing agent I have ever had anywhere I have lived. She is such a team player and goes out of her way more often then I can count. Her partnership with Colleen makes the living experience even better because you know as a team they succeed. 2000 Riverside is by far the best community I have been apart of! The high end amenities and environment are pet-friendly and inclusive to the residents. The leasing office staff is also wonderful and show that they care about you by remaining helpful through difficult times you may be going through and responding quickly. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24/7 and are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the elevator and rooftop deck . I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere

I usually don`t review places, but my experience with 2000 Riverside Apartments was so satisfactory that I wanted to express my gratitude.
I lived at 2000 Riverside for about 11 months. Unfortunately due to personal reasons I had to leave. I would have stayed there if I could!
The apartments are very nice and the maintenance is always quick to solve any problem. They remodeled the common areas and everything looks great.
Candace and Colleen are simply amazing! They have helped me with every single thing I needed. They always went the extra mile to assist me and I`m so grateful. I truly value

Almost 2 years here, and my husband and I love it. It's currently a little messy, but, they are renovating the place, and so far the progress looks great. The best thing about this place is the views, and location. Were big outdoors and active people, and it's perfect with the river, Belle Isle, tons of paths, the Floodwall, Brown's Island, and… the canal all right here. We can bike anywhere from our place easily. The viees from our balcony and roof are probsbluvsomr ofvthe best in RVA. The apartment is older, and has some quirks, but, in really good shape for being almost 60 some years

1. When we moved in we were not informed we would be liable to pay for faulty maintenance or faulty components in our apartment. Our air conditioning unit in the living room began to leak tremendously causing the floor boards to rise and warp, they fixed the problem but now are trying to charge us for the damaged carpet they refused to replace when… they fixed our floor and ac unit.
2. We've made several maintenance request to fix bubbling paint in the bathtub and a bedroom closet door that fell off its hinge because it wasn't attached properly to the ceiling. Maintenance never responded

I'm updating my review. It has definitely gone down hill. things are broken and the front desk is not helpful. When I bring it to their attention that the gate for the parking deck has been broken for weeks they just say. Oh, it's getting fixed. Then today, they lost my rent check and told me to pay for a stop payment. I don't thing so.

Been here 2 years, but spent our 3rd Christmas here, we love it, we have had some medical issues, both my husband and I and they were so accommodating it was amazing, the staff was very sincere and helpful in every way, best place I have ever lived, and I have lived in a lot of places. Will be sad to move, but saving to buy a house. I give it 5 stars.

Been living here for about 6 months and am incredibly happy. It truly feel like home here the staff is truly kind, considerate, and genuinely care for your needs. I have, a do, highly recommend living here. Every maintenance issue is taken care of within 24 hours without complaints and the issues are fixed the right way every time! Our favorite… maintenance man is Daniel, I asked to have my porch painted thinking I would probably have to fight for it, if you have lived in apartments before you know what I am taking about. Not only did they do I without question, it was done by Daniel way

Was there visiting a friend these are pretty nice apartments. a small gym, a computer room/business center, free wifi in the very comfortably furnished and nicely decorated lobby, 24 hour front desk staff who all seem quite friendly and conscientious about their jobs, great views of the river and RVA from some of the upper floor apartments, and easy access to the running/hiking/mtn bikie trails along the river are some big pluses.. the building is a bit old, the elevators seem to frequently have maintenance issues so it seems to be common that one of them os not operational at a given time, since

Typical Richmond slum. Terribly small kitchens designed so poorly that the dishwasher opens in the cabinets, and showers are meant for people no taller than 6'3 tops. Looks decent from the outside, but shiesty inside. Black mold under the floor in the apartment I saw today even though they "fixed" it apparently.
