My mom lived here. And I was point of contact here. I just want to mention their manager Anthony Bolling. Professional and polite. We have not been the best tenant because of late rent payments and Covid situation. But they have been so patient and helpful. They have given us all the resources for rent Assistence and were open to our options too.

I have lived here for about a year and it’s been nothing like people mentioned in the other reviews. The office does the best they can with such a huge complex. I live in the “Jade” 1 bedroom 1 bath and love it. Parking can be a bit tight if you come home late but that’s anywhere in Denver. Elevators have been upgraded since I moved in too.

Worst place I've ever lived. Staff are terrible people who steal from tenants and don't care about anything but money. They overcharge for a poorly maintained property. Beware of fraudulent activity in the leasing office. They offer "promotional" specials with so much off your move-in fees. But they apply that to the refundable deposit and act sneaky about it. They never disclose it until you move out. You will never see your deposit, and then they will charge you even more on top of it. The fees are ridiculous. I've been in multiple apartments, townhomes, and houses before but this one is on my "Never return again" list. No water constantly, toilets are weak, maintenance is a hit or miss, front office is rude sometimes, parking lot easily accessible to vandalizers and stealers, homeless camp next to us, homeless sleeping in the laundromat, heat was weak, A/C smelled like mildew, smelled like weed and cigarettes 8/10 times, parking lot had no lights, we saw some crack heads fighting in the parking lot using glass bottles. I've had constant maintenance workers telling me to get out and they're leaving too

I had been apartment hunting for 2 Months. I came in with a Attitude from Hell & Was greeted by Tammy. I read all reviews before arriving and Yes Homeless people do live in Back. It's a Public street & Monaco Lakes cannot control that. I AM PLEASED with My New Home. The price is affordable and Unit size is Spacious. The Apartment grounds are CLEAN, Idk if the Elevator works although I live on the 3rd floor I still take the stairs. Any apartment community can have Issues these are Small Problems that can occur anywhere. I am satisfied with my Choice. Nice, Clean and Quiet. I would definitely recommend

The worst ever I stay to myself pay rent on time, don't expect much. Till Monday I stay informed of my deliveries I had ups deliver 2 items I instructed seller to make a note to deliver to front door and I called ups to have driver bring to my door. They didn't. I took 2 items I thought were mine a hammock not a playpen w/ 2 hammocks. I get a call from assistant manager being accused of being a thief treating me calling me a liar. I was judge and treated like a criminal I was not allowed to tell my side or show prof of what I was saying. I had my kid check the box I was not putting playpen together

Since we've moved in here we spent over 40% of our time without elevator, had no heat during the -30F Christmas season 2020 for a week, and regularly have no water. The days with issues have been so plentiful we count the days until move-out. Paying nearly two grands for this is ridiculous.
The only positive side this place has is that the laundromat is shared with the homeless as the door isn't locked and only needs a mobile app to operate. With so many parked around it's really supportive of the community.

1. my move in experience was the worst I've ever experienced. my Leasing agent, REBECCA VARGAS, didn't verify my documents were complete with her manager like she said she would and then the night before I'm supposed to move in, she calls me to tell me says that they aren't complete and that I can't move in yet. Then when i tell her that she said she was going to check with her manager, she gives me sass and tries to say I'm wrong and that she never said she was going to check with the manager. Then I pull out the email with the time and date and suddenly

Review adjusted again to reflect ongoing issues with the condition of this complex. The elevator renovations were finally finished in early April per Susan's response to me, but all they seem to have done is replace the cabin, not whatever mechanisms are actually causing the problems with it. It's still down for a week or more each month and we're never told why, for how long, or what's being done about it if anything. The natural assumption one takes from that is that nothing is being done, and this will just be the status quo going forward.

I wish I could give this complex 0 stars. I signed a lease and paid a higher rent price for a renovated apartment, which, I did not get. Everything you use daily was broken: stove burners and fan, fridge light, garbage disposal, ceiling fan falling out, bathroom knobs and lights, tub needed resurfacing, outlets and wifi jack was painted over, closet doors falling off tracks and built incorrectly to stay on, front door needed to be taken off and shaved down since it was TOO BIG for the door frame, AND THE HEAT WAS BROKEN FOR MOST OF MY LEASE (which was during the winter).

I had to leave a review because I'm actually shocked this complex has such a bad rating. My boyfriend has lived here for a year and I've lived here for a few months. No place is going to be perfect but I genuinely feel that the staff does a really great job. They are always available to answer all my questions, and any of my maintenance needs get done relatively quickly. I think it's a beautiful property and in a great location, especially for the price. This is a great community. The front office staff are helpful, friendly, and do their best to make things easy for residents. The community is beautiful and well kept. Most of the neighbors are courteous and quiet. Making some great renovations (looks like bigger dog parks, community gardens, and playground. Fair price for the renovated units for the location.
No washer and dryers in most units but surprisingly the shared laundry facility isn't too bad.

My fiance and I have been living in an Onyx 1-bedroom for over a year and a half now, and while we've had a few issues here and there, I think this is an overall solid place to live for the price point. We also have two dogs.

My best friends live here and I have the potential to visit any time, but don't have the desire to invest my living here. Although the park is very mass, and the Gazebo is charming, the residency is not. We had a few people sell us drugs here and there. Creepy. The skeptics of parking my car is very real and lots of crazy traffic happening. The apartments are decent with the average of one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. I would give it no stars if possible. Worst management staff on the planet, all they care about is the money and are unwilling to work with any of their residents. Takes 5 emails to get a response back and even then you probably won't get a response until you call the office. You have to submit 2-3 work orders for high priority issues like broken heat or toilets. Terrible neighbors who smoke inside their apartment, office won't do anything about it. I lived their for 4 years, turned my rent in on time, had 0 issues with any neighbors and lived in an non-renovated dump and still got gouged

The new owners have completely revamped this complex. The flowers and grass are always cut and looking wonderful. I called in about my AC unit being broken and the same day had it fixed. The staff is so friendly and helpful. After showing a friend my new place she later moved into the complex and loves it too! Definitely a great place to live.

I moved into these apartments about 2 months ago and have had no issues at all with the management staff or matinence team. I put in a matinence request and they were out the same day to come and fix our broken garbage disposal I was very impressed to be honest because they have about 8 buildings with over 50 apartments in each building. I am always greeted when I go to pay rent or if I have questions the managment staff always helps me out. No complaints here and the best part is there is no BREED OR WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS (excl pitbulls because of denver co) for these apartments, tell me somewhere
