Lake Fairway Apts

About three months ago I had left a review stating that the service was professional. However, after residing at lake fairway I learned the hard way that it was not a professional environment to live in.

I cannot stress enough the uncomfortable feeling I had every single day at Lake fair way until I moved out. You cannot live a normal life there without being watched every second the office is open. I'm not stating it was Mike ( Assistant supervisor) or Jessica ( agent ) I'm referring to the director being Perla Marquez. She will sit in her office chair with the blinds open just to watch

My daughter and I lived at lake fairway for a few months and definitely can say the maintenance was amazing. Maintenance as well kept up with the any outdoor work which I liked. The best part was valet trash meaning your trash was picked up at your door. Although I unfortunately had to leave lake fairway unexpectedly it was a very good complex as well as management who was always there in office.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! These people take advantage of Soliders. Someone from my company took them to court and won because they tried to swindle them out of money because we were about to leave on deployment. Now they're doing the same to me as i have limited internet access and i am on deployment. I have little connection to home tight now and can not help my wife navigate this.

Charged my husband for a month of rent when neither of us were there because he's on deployment serving our country because we didn't give them 30 days notice before he had to go on deployment. Now they want to charge us for a months worth of utilities when neither of us were there. IF YOU'RE A SOLDIER, AVOID THIS COMPLEX.

My partner and I have 2 weeks living here and it's pretty calm , never struggling with the parking , neighbors are really friendly ! My first time living in apartments and it's been good so far !

Awesome Staff! Perla has the best Customer Service she was very helpful. The property is beautiful .

My husband and I have been living here for 4 years now, and we couldn't be happier. We feel safe and comfortable. Also its nice to be surrounded by local stores that I visit frequently. Neighbors here are respectful and kind. The Maintenance here is quick and sufficient. More importantly: Patty, Mary, and Diane are professional and have great customer service. Nothing but good and positive things to say about Lake Fairway. Mary is such a nice person, so patient and willing to help at all times and is ALWAYS on top of her game. Maintenance crew always working hard to keep the property looking good. Place could use a little upgrade with appliances but other than that wonderful place to live. Close to I-10 and shopping centers.

Ive lived at Lake Fairway for over a year. All in all I can say I am very satisfied. The ladies in the offices are AMAZING! They are always very nice and friendly. Any maintenance issues they take care of right away and will follow up with you to ensure it is completed. I recommend these apartments.

I enjoy living here! The location of the apartment complex is near many restaurants and shopping centers. It has a nice walking path to walk my dog! Any issues that arise are resolved quickly. The management and staff are very friendly and welcoming! Throughout the year, specials are offered for new tenants! Current residents are offered specials through raffles and referrals! I just moved out and I have to say. DO. NOT. SIGN. THE. LEASE. One word people, BUGS. They're everywhere, and it's a problem you don't want to have to get used to. I would worry I would wake up with them in bed, and let me tell you I did a few times. You tell them and they send someone over who sprays one or two spritz in the kitchen and no where else. Not only that, but the bathrooms are messed up, plumbing has also become a problem, and you can hear everything. You're basically living with your neighbors, say goodnight to them at night while you're lying in bed and they
