THIS PROPERTY CHEATS CONTRACTORS OUT OF MONEY & OFFICE STAFF WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE!! RENTERS BEWARE!
I am a vendor to this property and I was recently cheated out of payment. Megan, the leasing agent, is not a nice person. She doesn't care about anybody but herself, and she is extremely RUDE and very shady. I wouldn't refer ANYONE to live in this building. From management down to leasing, the office team is crooked. I believe COVID may have caused them to get behind on their bills..They treat their vendors and contractors horribly now, and they are using shady tactics to not pay them. It may also

Meg is amazing. She is always in touch and helped us to know more about the property before making our choice. McKinney Square is THE place to be for apartment living. The upkeep of this property is amazing, better than any other place I've ever seen before. The apartment unit is spacious, yet cozy and the design is stunning. Would recommend McKinney Square to any and all looking for the best ones.

I’ll keep it short and sweet, this place is beautiful and well maintained, and I had the pleasure of having Megan help me find the perfect apartment! I can’t wait to enjoy this experience within this little community. 10/10 for the apartment! 10/10 for the staff. P.S. I can’t wait to use the pool and the gym as much as possible they are both gorgeous spaces! I’ll preface this by saying I very rarely give a 5 star because that means they have nothing to improve on. I will say, the office staff is amazing. Anytime I have something that needs to be addressed, the office staff are so helpful! Megan and John are always so friendly and they never make you feel like they’re too busy to help you. The apartments aren’t perfect as I’m sure none are but I’m very happy with my apartment and with the maintenance and office staff.

The first time I visited McKinney Square I was greeted by Meg. Not to take away from other staff, but Meg has truly been a consummate professional! She went out of her way on multiple occasions to contact me for various reasons, she’s always smiling and speaking with residents in the complex and going above and beyond the normal expectations of an apartment complex staff member. Meg is a wonderful person and consistently sets the example of how customer service should be everywhere.

My boyfriend and I love this apartments. We moved to Texas last year, and just fell in love with the apartment, the appliances, dog park, the gym area, the pool area including grill, jacuzzi, ect. And it's getting improved.
The only reason we won't renew for another year is prices. They went for normal prices for crazy prices this year. From an apartment 1 bed 1 bath $1,089.00 per month, now they are in $1,500. Even worst with the 2 bed 2 bath. I am really sad this is happening. I know is anyone's fault from the great team that works in the leasing office, is just the owners reason to go so high
