Awesome staff and management Kelly, Whitney and Krystle are very professional and attentive to all my concerns. Very clean apartment complex i’ve been living here for almost a year and have never seen any bugs in my apartment or rodents. Maintenance is very quick to respond to your needs and professional. The pool and dog park are awesome and couldn’t be happier with my stay here. Great place to live especially the location is near all the nice places to visit in Corpus Christi.

Like previous reviews there is a large bug & black mold issue. Once the lease was almost over they couldn’t care less about fixing the mold or other various issues (dishwasher broken for 2 weeks, holes in ceiling from rain damage, and pidgeons is living in the roof) Nickle and dimed at the end of my lease & rent was way over priced. Sorry this ended so poorly.

First few months were decent enough, not too many complaints. Wasn’t the best condition (the ring for the hand towel was already falling) but okay enough. But the last few months were horrible. So many BUGS literally everywhere, it was so bad we weren’t even staying there towards the end of our lease. There was no food in the fridge or freezer and bugs still managed to get in and die in both. The closet leaked water and ruined all my things that I had stored there. Ended up having to throw away things. Mold seemed to be growing. I just couldn’t wait to get out of there. It’s so expensive

Quite disgusted and disappointed in with my experience at this complex. I relied on these reviews like many others to assist in making a decision about where to live - thank god I was only here for a short term lease because I’m so ready to leave. We are very clean and organized people and yet this apartment is OVERUN with bugs. It started out from a dirty disposal from the previous tenants which led to drain flies constantly in our kitchen and living area for weeks. We also struggled with roaches who had clearly been making themselves at home in the kitchen for quite some time which was evident

I want to sincerely extend my thanks to Kelly, Whitney, and Alex for helping me and my SO in the toughest time in our life. The staff is amazing, the Maintenance crew is good, Alex is one of the hardest workers I've ever seen. The staff will work with you and help you out. Wonderful facilities and very comfy apartment. Thank you so much. Stayed for about two years and it was fantastic.

From the beginning Jonathan was so helpful with answering all my questions before the move and getting me the paperwork. When I moved into Sawgrass about a week ago and the apartment I originally moved into had a bug problem but Jonathan was on it and he was able to move me to a new bug free apartment within days! The staff is super friendly and super sweet and the have taken care of all my needs. Sawgrass staff and maintenance are amazing and I'm so happy I chose to live here!

I have lived at Sawgrass for 3 1/2 years and absolutely love this place! They are extremely pet friendly even have designated pet areas. Gym is newly upgraded along with Pool furnishings. The pool is well maintained and cleaned. Best apartment pool in Corpus Christi. Office is very welcoming to all their guest and offer complimentary coffee, waters, and even snacks for pets and owners. The office managers are the best!!! Beth and Jonathan are so nice and welcoming. Them alone is why I choose not to move.

The sad thing about this apartments is that they won’t replace they try to fix even though it’s not fixable!! I been in this place 4 years next month and I remember the AC troubles I used to have!! Every time they just fix it for few months then back again and again and again until almost 3 years they replaced the AC unit!! I think they spent more money on man power than replacing it!! The refrigerator took 3 years for the door to get fixed!! The stove still not working properly I have a stove that I named it stove-the clown 🤡 bottom one color beige, top black, and the knobs

Office staff is great! Johnathan was very helpful in regards to any issues I may have had. He is willing to work with you to make sure you are a satisfied tenant or if you are having to leave and live elsewhere, he is there to help you transition smoothly. I highly recommend Sawgrass and commend their great office staff for continued and great customer service!

I know how special weekends are and haaaate being a bother, but I had a toilet leaking and had to call in a work order. Dispite not having anyone on site, Jonathan in the front office was able to make some calls and get somone in my unit within an hour.
Alex showed up with a great attitude, even though im sure its his day off, and fixed my issue with no complaints.
I have to say this speaks volumes for the amount of pride that the team at Sawgrass puts into their community.
I Couldnt be Happier to call Sawgrass Home.
