Great Location on the golf course with easy access to hiking trails on South Mountain. As a long-time resident I've seen several management changes over the years and to be honest, the overall quality of the property go downhill. But since Lisa took over as on-site community manager, I've noticed a lot of improvements, both big and small. The main pool (one of 4) is being totally renovated and I'm told more improvements, like lighting and painting are scheduled. Things are definitely getting better.

As a recently moved out tenant I would not recommend moving in at all. The office manager Lisa is extremely rude and very hard to work with. I had scorpions so bad I seen at least one a day in all different sizes. Even with being sprayed as often as they would allow. My car was also stolen out of the parking lot as was my down stairs neighbor horrible place to live.

ANYONE WITH YOUNG KIDS PLEASE BE AWARE.
My children are very well behaved yet I’m facing eviction due to a noise complaint that was from a night no one was home. I reached out to the office staff (1) because I had proof we weren’t home - they disregarded (2) due to harassment from my neighbor - also ignored.
I reached out to Western Wealth Communities because I could not get anyone in the office to talk to me regarding the notice or even acknowledge the fact that I feel harassed by my neighbor.
Since then I haven’t heard back from Western Wealth & I have been issued another 10 day notice

New Property management team are friendly caring..They listen and are sensitive to the needs of the clients. Property improvements and grounds have been made .repairs are taken done in a timely manner
Staff are stable with a friendly family atmosphere in the office. Managers are seen on the property observing and Interact with residents. Staff have Id's and uniforms which are nice. Amenities have been upgraded. Holiday celebrations, resident appreciation and other seasonl festivities

I have heard and seen great improvements happen under the new property manager Lisa Curtis. My granny lives in the apartments and they have gone above and beyond to improve her experience in an apartment. She has expressed the genuine care of the property upkeep and office staff have been wonderful. Thank you for your great management skills and everything you do Lisa Curtis!

I would like to thank Carlyle @ South Mountain and Western Wealth Capital , i’ve been here for 10 years it’s a very safe place to live over all . They did something very special for me and my disable son the manager Lisa wrote a letter in my behalf and I hadn’t even met her yet , face-to-face I was very surprised . , that someone cared and watched our lives without me even knowing us . she went out of her way out of 1000 tenets and chose me on December 1 I was blessed with ( my rent ) being paid in full for the month of December that was my Christmas gift from Carlyle @ South Mountain I was

We love our apartment here at Carlyle. It is our retreat from everything outside when we are home. We are going on our 3rd year here and have seen lots of changes with management as well as varying issues with the property. Currently, we feel, the management has taken the time to address any issues and make improvements on the property as well as establishing a great line of communication that does not make you feel like you are a bother. The atmosphere here is on point...we have no complaints at all and will continue to call this apartment home for the foreseeable future.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. save yourself the stress and money. Don’t let their photos deceive you. These apartments may look nice but it was a nightmare to live here. The management is THE WORST they are so… unprofessional and dishonest. Their rent prices DO NOT mirror the living style here and they will price gouge. they gave me a 60 day notice that my rent was going from $1556 to $3400. the first apartment they put me in was infested with roaches so they had to move me to a new unit, that was the first red flag. Maintenance takes at least a month to complete any task from a broken cabinet

Don’t get me wrong looks can be deceiving this is a very beautiful apartment but when it comes to the office. You will have to fight to get anything done in your unit and they will go up on the rent and they want the money every month but they will not come fix anything in your apartment I am living proof I recommend everyone to check it out you should always look at the reviews I wish I had.. It’s been a ongoing problem my whole entire lease.

I have called the central billing multiple times just to correct a miscalculation of my final payment after we moved out. The final bill overcharged us a full monthly rent of $2155. It was charged and then given back as credit back and forth many times in the bill, which is very confusing. The very last charge of $2155 was along with a tax but then the tax was credited twice instead of rent plus tax!
The staff in the leasing office tried to help and they agreed it was messed up by the computer system. So I emailed Lisa (the manager) and she promised it would be refunded.

Avoid this complex like the plague. A new management company, Westetn Wealth Communities, purchased the apartment complex and has begun to increase the rents by Nickle and diming its residents. We are forced to pay for programs that we never agreed to and that the management company just elected to sign up for. The new manager, Lisa Curtis, is… absolutely insufferable. She’s short, rude, and refuses to take responsibility when she or her staff messes something up. She consistently tries to put the blame on other residents.

Absolutely love this property and location! My husband and 4 year old son just moved here from Temecula CA and it is like an oasis with access to great schools and growing businesses!

TOP NOTCH so thankful for the attentive staff here! Ashley is the absolute best. Thank you for fixing things within hours when asked. Ever since the new management took over everything has been much smoother! I even just stop in the office some times just to talk with them because they are so nice and are willing to help everyone! Such a beautiful place to call home!

You will be just a number to the staff and management here. Beware of the smiling faces. Do NOT move here. You will regret it. I promise you. 1 year ago I read the previous reviews and figured that I would form my own opinion. I regretted that decision TWO days after signing my lease. Believe the reviews! I came in today to possibly rent a 1 bedroom apartment but that isn't happening. I'm assuming only two people were working in the leasing center today, and it was ridiculous. There were about 8 people waiting around for assistance and were never helped. One of the leasing agents was with another customer while the other one was in her office just… sitting there on her phone. She never acknowledge anyone or came out. Her name is Alexis and she is obviously in the wrong business if she can't be bother to help anyone out. I will not recommended this complex to anyone unless you enjoy standing
