This company lead us into LOSING $5000!
Not only were they not communicative, but I had to literally hung them down, spam, and call relentlessly until I got a response *DURING our home buying process!!!!*. We lost 5 thousand dollars and the only explanation given was “due to the lenders’ mistake” ! Our loan was snatched from us 2 DAYS BEFORE CLOSING !!! We had FALSE SECURITY in a FALSE APPROVAL!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. We lost everything !

Eric Alexander won me my dream home - and got it $20k below list price! Carolyn Braska, their Closing Manager, was by my side every step of the way. Eric and Carolyn kept me in the loop, so I always knew what was going on.
Eric referred me to a very thorough inspector, Travis, who inspected every part of my home in detail - and even taught me about the home so I knew how everything worked.

We worked with the Rachel Kendall Team to sell our home, and couldn't recommend them enough. From the very beginning, they walked us through everything we needed to know and made strategic recommendations about how to prep our house and get the best offer possible. Closed and my house today but I gotta say I wrote my testimonial weeks ago! Reason being, Kelly Maloy had already out performed my expectations as an agent. I worked with Jessie Hrivnak and she was an absolutely fantastic realtor to work with. She told it to you straight and made sure that we knew exactly what we did and did not need to do to get top dollar for our house. She was quick to respond to any questions and was willing to put up with my sense of humor while going through the process. This is just a very sleazy company!!! RUN!!!!!
Jessie Hrivnak was the seller's agent and I was the buyer. Jessie was negligent in checking the truth of information provided by the seller (who is totally dishonest it turns out). It was listed a a 4-BR house but had only 3 BR septic permit.
When we signed a Termination of Contract by Mutual Agreement for the sale, included was that the sellers would refund our Due Diligence money "DUE TO MISREPRESENTATION."
Jessie was slow as molasses getting them both to sign it (FINALLY on the last day of Due Diligence and it took 2 full weeks

Real Estate Companies are a dime a dozen and I wouldn't waste my time with this one!
In my experience they are not concerned with you or the well being of your family as much as they are their own pocket books!
Their agent (Eric A.) will say anything to get you to sign a contract with them and then say the opposite when you want out.
I did not appreciate the aggression shown that made me feel force to follow through with the sale of a home discovered to have a plethora of hidden problems and no longer wanted.
I also did not appreciate their sloppiness in paperwork when he listed our offer

I just want to reiterate how bad my experience was with this real estate "team". When I think of bad service and poor performance my experience with them always comes to mind. Extremely unprofessional and clearly not trying to help - just trying to get you in a contract that they can hold over your head for the next several months.

We had a negative experience with Melody on the Rachel Kendall team and when we complained, the leader of the team was not helpful or understanding. Additionally, when we wanted to use a different real estate agency, Rachel Kendall refused to release their exclusivity unless they "referred" us to another agency - meaning they would get part of any commission, which no agent we have talked to would accept. This left us in a situation where we either had to work with Rachel Kendall against our will, or wait three months before buying a house. Needless to say, this has been very stressful

We had a great experience with Lindsay and the whole Rachel Kendall team! It was our first home and they made the process understandable and simple. Lindsay was great about finding something that worked for us, taking our preferences into account, and being responsive and upbeat even when the process was stressful. We intend to stay in our house for a long time, but if we needed to buy another, Lindsay would be our first call!

We chose our realtor, Doug Yopp, based on the knowledge he was a friend of a friend. The process started out fine. He was quite accommodating during the first phase of buying a home, showing us all the possibilities. Upon finding a home we really loved, he showed his inexperience. He possessed no negotiation skills and had no advice on the subject. Also, Doug lacks communication skills. He would rather send texts than make a phone call. Overall I would not recommend Doug Yopp as a realtor, and if he is any indication of the quality of realtor on the Rachel Kendall team, I would steer clear of the

My experience with this "team" was horrendous! I was the buyer and have never been this stressed out before! I have never seen such incompetence and unprofessional behavior! They do not respond to phone calls and emails for days! They make changes to the contract after it has already been signed without telling us! The "team" didn't know when the closing date was and bc of that I missed three days of work! Finally when we were able to close, they didn't even bother to bring us the key to the house! My husband and I absolutely loved our home buying experience with Jessie and her entire team! Jessie was super responsive, knowledgeable and very patient as we looked through home after home after home. She found us "the one" after I had initially discounted it due to poor pictures taken by the owners. Lesson learned! Once we found it, Jessie moved quickly and helped us get our bid in before anyone else did (the market was insane, totally nuts.) We LOVE our house and neighborhood and I know we wouldn't have never gotten it without her expertise and responsiveness.

Very upset with this agency and do not recommend using this "team" to anyone. Gene came to my home and spent an hour and a half with my husband and I basically saying everything he could to get our listing however, he didn't listen to anything we said. The one huge issue I have with the agency is they take 6% saying they payout 3% to the other agent as to entice them to be more enthusiastic about our property. This is NOT the case and is a bold face lie in which the only time you will realize it is at closing. They took 3 1/2% and when I questioned Gene he came up with an excuse
