I've been living out here about a year and a half. The apartments are nice and spacious. It's been pleasant until a couple of months ago. The neighbors above me are extremely loud and disrespectful. New management took over about a few months ago and they are useless. I prefer the old management team which was very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Hopefully Bainbridge hires new management that's more knowledgable and friendly towards the residence.. maintenance is helpful.

I’ve been living here for two years, my family and I love our spacious apartment! When we first moved in we were lucky to move into a newly renovated space. However, in these two years of living here the management has changed several times. My only issue here is the lack of communication with the staff and horrible management. I can never get in touch with anyone whenever I have concerns and maintenance is slow and unprofessional.

During my transition into a different unit, my experience was super pleasant. The entire staff in the leasing office were attentive and helpful. It has been a much more positive atmosphere. All of the office staff and management have been nice and maintenance has always responded immediately to my requests. My plan wasn't initially to renew my lease, but I'm glad I decided to remain here. The apartments are large and have lots of space.

I really don't get the bad reviews. The property is clean and well maintained. The apartments are HUGE. The management (new) is responsive and maintenance requests are typically addressed within 24 hours (if not same day). I've been here for 3 years and the annual rent increases are reasonable. I recommend it.

I’m not sure why this place has bad reviews, I just moved in and love it already. Really spacious apartments, quiet area, super clean and although I haven’t gotten a chance to use them the amenities are really nice. The move in process was really easy too. I put in a work order Saturday just before the office closed, and they came today at 10 am. Hopefully will be staying here a long time.

Living at the Veranda for almost 3 years has been a very nice experience. The quality of living, the renovated apartments, the amenities are beautiful. The office staff is very welcoming and cordial, they’re always willing to help with whatever is necessary.
