Join Kristina at the breathtaking sanctuary of Heaven and Earth Retreats in Banks, OR this July. We will explore the sacred and mystical practices of ritual, yoga, and meditation to learn about the Divine Feminine and facilitate our returning to Self: The essence of who we truly are.

Imagine Yoga Studio is located in vibrant downtown Lake Oswego. Downtown Lake Oswego offers fine shops and boutiques, and many different kinds of restaurants. Spring brings the farmer's market season. Lake Oswego Farmers Market is held every Saturday from mid-May to mid-October. The European style market includes a wide variety of regional produce, baked goods and nursery stock, as well as live entertainment.
We do not require you sign up for classes in advance, you are welcome to drop in or sign up for a class online. Teachers are at the studio 15 minutes before class so, please do not arrive any earlier than that. Ask yoga students what "yoga" means to them and you'll hear many different answers. Literally, the word "yoga" means: to unite.

Kristina & all of the Imagine Yoga teachers do an amazing job in all aspects of bringing Yoga to the community. Kristina has gone above and beyond this past challenging year to make yoga available for all.
In addition to having a great space there at the studio (with thoughtful covid protocol & safety), the zoom classes are excellent and the schedule offers many choices to accommodate all. Additionally, the access to video recordings of the classes allow everyone to practice when best for their own personal schedules. And beyond that, there are frequently excellent outdoor yoga event opportunities

The studio is nice but the owner is rude and condescending. I tried to cancel my membership and gave 30 days notice on 5/24/18. The owner informed me that they don't prorate payments so my "30 day" notice was in fact going to be more like a 45 day notice so they could charge me for an additional month and my membership would end on 7/5/18. Clearly not 30 days notice. Be careful if you sign up for a membership! Laura is rude and unhelpful and clearly just motivated by the money not by happy customers.
