Services
We created Forge to reshape the culture around yoga. As former Bikram Yoga Studio owners, along with collective experiences elsewhere in the yoga community, we saw a need to create a safe, inclusive, fun, diverse, and welcoming environment. Forge literally means "to reshape with heat." So, we "forged" together these healthy practices so they can be available to anybody that wants to try it - all under one hot roof.
The Original 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises, beginner level hot yoga class delivers the therapy needed to recover and heal from life's wear & tear, from life's accidents and/or having too much fun. With mobility in mind, you'll develop strength where you need it and stretch where you don't have it.
In the event you receive a notification in less than 6 hours and are not able to make it, you are NOT subject to late fees. Notify us at least 6 hours, or more, prior to your reservation start time if you cannot make class. No fee. Thank you for the advanced notice. Early notification window closes 6 hours prior to class start time.
We are excited to lead you through Forge's Vinyasa Based Hot Yoga TT. You'll learn the fundamentals of how to teach a class, a background in the essentials of yoga history & philosophy, gain skills necessary to teach an effective class and will be able to lead a 60 min class by the end of the 9 1/2 week course.

Love Forge Hot Yoga! I originally took advantage of their intro deal about a year and a half ago because of flaring sciatica pain. I did not know what to expect. But I was happy to have found Forge! I started at their Happy Valley location that unfortunately closed but the longer drive to Alberta is so worth it! From the cleanliness of the studio, to the health & safety protocols, to the warmth and friendliness of the owner and every instructor. Forge has not only helped me incorporate mindful practice into my life but has left me feeling absolutely rejuvenated after every class. I would highly

Just took class with Nick Harris. Not only did he play rad music, but he introduced me to some great new stretches and positions, which doesn't happen often, as I am a ballet teacher of 16+ years! Nick respects and loves yoga practice and it really came through in his class.
The new floors inside the studio feel super clean, as does the entire facility.
All of the teachers I have worked with here are fantastic! The vibe is friendly, comfortable, nurturing and fun.
I always leave feeling physically and mentally better than when I arrive.

Long term hot yogi, new to Forge as of 3 months ago and I'm hooked! The Hot Vinyasa Flow and Hot Pilates classes are comparable (as far as difficulty and quality of workout) to Core Power Yoga's C2 and Sculpt classes, but I would argue the classes are not as predictable AND instead of supporting a large corporation you can actually support a small business! While I have not yet tried their Bikram class (which comes in both 60- and 90-minute formats), I recently tried the Afro Beat Fitness and it was such a fun and energetic experience I plan to make it a Friday ritual! This studio seems to genuinely

Vising from Arizona, I wanted to get nice hot yoga session while in Portland. And this place impressed me! People in this studio are very kind. Milliand who helped me to check in used his buddy pass for me and I got to experience the practice at no cost and with no expectations from them. They didn't know I leave Google reviews.
Its such a great feeling to experience pure kindness!
The place is extremely clean, sanitized everything, gave mat, towels, sprayed them later.
I also got a popsicle after this super 🔥 yoga experience
Thank you Forge for your kindness, generosity and for giving me

"This ain't church!" -Keyonda M. I always laugh when she says this!
I'll admit I wasn't sure if I was going to like this location but it's actually not bad. The facility is nice. I like that it isn't carpeted. I also like the instructors and staff. The main instructors I take are Keyonda, Amie and Grace. Everyone who I've encountered had been personable and very friendly. It feels like a community and not a sales chain.

I always wanted to be one of those people who was connected to their gym or studio, but for me I always felt so out of place until I found Forge. This is my community! I finally found my place ! Angela and Ryan are so welcoming and supportive. All the instructors are encouraging and beautiful people. I love Forge ! I have learned to push past my discomfort and find my strength both mentally and physically. If you’re new and need a place that meets you where you are or if you’re fit but you need to find a place that pushes you even more Forge is for you!!

I'm fairly new to the world of yoga, and I wanted to try out hot yoga especially, and somehow stumbled upon forge's website and decided to try out their hour long Bikram class taught by Amy on Tuesdays. I was a little nervous as this is a very brand new experience for me, and wasn't quite sure what to expect, but luckily from the get go the atmosphere was very welcoming and eager to get me signed up, signed in, and ready for my first class. Changing rooms are quite spacious and have plenty of room and cubbies for your belonging as well as showers. I've heard hot yoga studios

Came here on a buddy pass. My first time doing hot yoga and I loved it! Instructor was helpful and let people do the different moves and positions at their own comfort level.
I also appreciated that while becoming a member was mentioned to me and I was told the rates, it was not pushed. Awhile back when I was touring different gyms to try and find what I liked best I had to deal with a lot of salesmen trying to push me into memberships and it always left a really bad taste in my mouth. Sadly I live far enough away from this gym that a membership is not ideal but I hope to come back every now

Carpet, especially of the old and resembling one left over from a previous restaurant is absolutely gross. It's no wonder the instructors pin the door open to the busy parking lot during class. That's right, you listen to strip mall traffic through your entire class.
The instructor for the class I attended was borderline dangerous. She did not lead the group as a whole, she tried to coach by doing some sort of demonstration before each position? Complete opposite of the spectrum of a Yin class... there was zero relaxation with those tactics.
Furthermore, it's VITAL to emphasize

I have tried hot yoga studios all around the Portland area and this is my favorite by far! After the trial month I signed up for the annual membership and have been coming multiple times a week. Everyone is very welcoming and the instructors are so wonderful. I do not feel like anyone is judging and the instructors encourage you to work with what your body can handle while challenging yourself. Many of them also practice at the studio when they are not teaching. Also, they are accommodating and if you have an injury, let them know and they can give you suggestions for alternative postures. If you

Forge is a terrific studio. Have been a member for several years and really enjoy the variety of classes. Instructors are fun and really keep classes lively. Love the lavender iced towels after class. Beautiful facilities especially the changing room with three showers. Just bought another annual membership today!

I am not a big yoga fan, but Forge yoga has definitely given me a change of heart. It's got a great facility, very clean and lots of space. They have mats and towels you can rent and the instructors make you feel very welcome. Everyone of all levels comes in so you never feel pressured to do more than what you can. I highly recommend it!

Forge Yoga has been a crucial step in my quest for the best me possible. It has had a pivotal role in my physical, mental and spiritual improvements. Even though it can be possibly seen as an expensive luxury it has been a necessary and rewarding experience beyond all expectations. I can't even imagine not having it in my life right now. Sincerest thanks to Angela and all the great and encouraging instructors. You've all been nothing short of a godsend for my peace of mind and health/physical aspirations.
As a side note: the first few times I thought I was going to die doing this

I have practiced at this studio since it has opened many years ago. Angela has made this yoga studio "home" for many people. Kindness, acceptance, knowledge, and encouragement are free flowing at all times by the instructors and students alike. The staff is amazing at instruction, and give so many little tips and hints on how to exact your posture. Got a question? The teachers love 'em!!! The studio is extremely clean and doesn't have that lovely "yoga studio" aroma. If you just show up to yoga in your street clothes, they've got your back! Angela carries

Today as a result of a friend's buddy pass and coercion I attended my first Forge hot Pilates class at the location in West Linn, OR . I turned 73 on January 16 and I thought I was not going to be able to stand the heat much less do any of the workout. It not only was amazing, I was able to do most of the exercises and I felt great afterwards. Because I had the buddy pass, she offered me a month's trial at a very low rate and I snapped it up. I'm going to do 2 Pilates classes and one yoga class for one month. This is so much better on my health than doctor visits.

Bikram West Linn is such an amazing gift. I am runner and have dealt with an injure here , a pain there. Once I started coming to Bikram yoga I have gotten stronger, I feel great and my running is pain free. All the instructors are very encouraging regardless if you have been coming for years or if you are practicing for the first time. I always feel so happy that I came and keep coming back.

I have practiced Bikram all over the country for the past 10 years. Many are perfectly fine for getting a practice in, but none have left me wanting to spread the good word like Bikram Yoga West Linn.
The two instructors I had (Ron & Cami) had a wonderful style. Knowledgeable, yet gentle and gracious in guiding us through the 26 postures. The studio itself is modern, fresh and clean - it just feels good to be there.
I already look forward to going back - which I plan to do in two months!
