Avian Place Apartments

This place has very poor management, people got called police on them multiple times for no reason by management and they have bugs everywhere. I would not recommend anyone to live here. No one ever takes care of maintenance requests. It's so hard to get anyone to answer a phone call or an email. They are rude and could care less about you as a resident. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I have a one bedroom apt and love it!! Rachel the assistant manager is awesome, very patient and helpful with my move in process. The property is clean and quiet at night.

Nothing but problems since I've moved in !!! Roach infested !!! Fleas !!! Even one of their own employees told me they have a bed bug problem ! And to get rid of it they only treat one apartment when everyone knows you have to do the entire building for something as serious as that and this is just one of the problems I went without a stove for a month no remorse or no apology or even an offer to Discount my rent from the managers I had a shoot out right in front of my house nothing done about that my car constantly gets hit and I now have a dent in the side of my door from it nothing's done about

I moved in a little over a month ago and have had several issues with this place. First my buliding is located right next door to an AigGas welding plant. They work all sorts of the night and in the early morning. Second, I live on the ground floor and have a really loud and rude neighbor that lives upstairs above me. I am certain that this resident is DEALING DRUGSS out of their own apartment.
With how much foot traffic goes in and out of that aparment during the day and during the night, it is almost impossible to get more than 3-4 hours of sleep at a time. Someone is going up and down those

Rented from them sometime in June had no problems until the hurricane came and my apartment flooded apparently these apartments have always flooded over the years but they just refurbish them,go up on the rent(as they are renting it as a partially new apartment) and never warn you that there is a possibility you might get flooded if there was a storm or heavy rain. They get flooded so bad you will need to relocate on short notice, they might not be able to put you in another unit às they might not have any move in ready so they'll then refund you your prorated rent and deposit and send you on
