The package delivery system here is bad. The current system is to just leave the large packages (like TVs and furniture
), that don't fit in the Amazon Hub lockers, in the loading bay right beside the RECYCLING dumpsters. We don't even get notified for important packages, even when there is a signature required. I have known people complaining about missing packages.
The experience with other amenities is pretty decent. The gym, the lounges and the screening room are of high quality. The quality of interiors in the house is above average.
If the administration does something to address the delivery

Modera is one of those amazing communities you can truly feel home at. The amenities are top notch. The high ceilings, energy efficient appliances, beautiful interiors are all absolutely gorgeous. I have lived here for 2 years and love this place. Alex , Angie and Cesa from the housekeeping management are my absolute favorite people here because they are not only prompt and kind ready to offer help anytime, but so so friendly and warm. If I were to leave Modera, I probably will miss them most.

Modera has poor reviews from the past, but I have not had a single issue since new management arrived. Apartments are beautiful and interestingly designed. Also I rarely hear anything from neighbors as apartments are actually pretty quite differing from past reviews. Really happy all around with the place and would recommend over a lot of other apartments in the area.

Management office is less than responsive to complaints about noise and disturbance from neighbors. It is difficult to reach anyone for immediate help during business hours. Rent is very expensive for the service you get from the management office. Coffee service has been moved to the late morning and afternoon to save money when most people aren't drinking coffee. Large packages are left in an unattended and unlocked room when delivered.

We love Modera and it is an absolutely amazing apartment. Everyone here has been super friendly, especially Laura. Laura has been nothing but helpful and she is one of the reasons why I think Modera is the best apartment complex I have lived in. She is super understanding and attends to our every needs, and it’s nice to know that she truly loves helping every resident to ensure we are all happy.
Not only that, but the maintenance team is so friendly and really makes this place feel safe. They always ensure that the trash room, elevators, parking, etc. are clean and tidy, and I truly appreciate

I'm blown away by how every aspect of living here, little and big, was given careful thought - the amazing amenities, resident portal, building appearance, and attentive management are all top-notch and well-integrated. It's truly a 360-degree resident experience, in the best of ways. One of my favorite features of the building, among many, is the rooftop with its stunning views. As you can probably tell, I have nothing but great things to say about Modera Redmond!

Felicity, Laura and the rest of the team have been extremely helpful throughout our move in process. The maintenance team has been very friendly and quick to assist with any questions or concerns we have had. The gym is amazing along with all the other common areas throughout the building. Great place to call home!

I've been living here for about 20 months now, and am probably one of the first tenants to move into this building. I would agree that in the beginning there were a lot of issues however I think Felicity (the new manager) has done a great job at fixing all of them and has made living here more pleasurable. I don't walk through the lobby or see the employees however, the times that I have spoke to them (Laura, Michael and Felicity) through email and phone, they have all been wonderful.

Poor organization at the leasing office. I called two hours after a unit was posted, was told they didn’t see it on their side and would call me back to confirm pricing the next morning. They called me back almost two full days later (even after I called back again) and told me that the unit was taken, and implied that if I’d leased without touring I would have had a better chance of getting the unit. Well, I didn’t even have that chance—they chose to reach out to somebody else. I was ready to sign a lease when I called in. Not sure why they selected somebody else but I wish they would

My husband and I moved her a couple months ago after selling our house. We are empty nesters now that the kids are grown so this is our first apartment in almost 20 years. I have to say the staff is amazing. Our move was super smooth and Felicity was so helpful every step of the way. We just love our new apartment and the location is AWESOME!

The staff here is awesome and helpful, still wish there would be a discount for having no amentities for 6 months though. Again, the in-building staff is amazing. Just the owners seem a little greedy to be selling you on amentities that are just starting to open and not even considering a rent reduction while closing everything. Thank you to the in-building staff though

I absolutely LOVE living here. Move-in process was easy. I had a couple of concerns but they were quickly addressed. Maintenance has been great when needed.
The location is everything I've ever wanted. So close to downtown but yet not quite in it. Sammamish River Trail is two blocks away, the library is a block away, QFC is right next door. I could not be happier!
I've lived here 3 weeks now. With COVID-19 the amenity spaces aren't open and they were a huge reason we moved here in the first place. Now I just know I'm gonna love it even more when they get to open those up
